BEWARE OF CAMELBACK KIA!!! I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - go to another dealer- Tempe, Horne, Mark , Earnhardt I have automatic Fortes with keyless entry and Bluetooth starting in the mid 14s. It sounds like these have all the equipment that you want. Do you have at least 20 minutes tomorrow to come check one for our memorial day sale. I can give you a $25 visa card just for stopping in. Tele-marketer xxxx!!! I bought a new car from this dealer in 2012 when it was Nick Meyer Kia. After one year this dealership has badgered me to trap in my car to get a newer car for less money (riiiiight). I have told them on multiple times to add me to their Do Not Contact list. They promise I'll never get called again. I still get a handful of calls a year from them. I just got a call and an email from Tanya Genack with the same song and dance. So, if you like a dealership to bother you year after year then this is the place to go. I have made it a personal goal to tell everyone I come in contact with to avoid this place at all cost! More

One of the sales people started to help me but the sales manager, a buffoon of a fellow, came in to ruin everything. He wouldn't give me ANY information unless I was prepared to buy something right then. I told him I just want to know my options and then will decide what to do. He told me that I'd just take his offer and go elsewhere. Strange since I drove 40 minutes to go to that dealership. So he wants me to get offers from other dealers and come back to him. That means he planned on NOT giving me any better offer than he had to. Net is...STAY AWAY from this dealership. They don't care about you and they don't care about their sales staff. More

I was able to drive the vehicle I was quoted on, agree on a price and finish the deal within two hours. Thank you Camelback Hyundai!!! More
Horrible Vehicle Purchase Experience I purchased a car form this dealership Camelback Hyundai 9 months ago ... the service was so horrible that I returned the car ..... I then got a call I purchased a car form this dealership Camelback Hyundai 9 months ago ... the service was so horrible that I returned the car ..... I then got a call saying that they would take money off for the way I was treated. I ended up with a 2014 Elantra. Now nine months later I upgraded to a 2015 This experience has been even worse!!!!!!!!!! The lack of communication that happens within the company is just appalling. Not one person is willing to assume responsibility and is so quick to pass it to the next person. Even when I spoke to the receptionist and let her know that I was very upset and needed to speak to someone in management and specifically asked to not be transferred to a voicemail, she sent me directly to a voicemail. I called back and asked to SPEAK TO A PERSON NOT A VOICEMAIL .... she responded " Its not my problem if they don't answer. " I then informed her that I know from the reception desk you are able to see if someone is in the sales office, so please get whoever you see in the office to take my call ... again responded, "Nobody is in there. They are all in a sales meeting." I don't know what hiring criteria is needed to be met to become a team member there but obviously there aren't very high standards seeing that the idiot couldn't tell me that the first time when I said I was an UPSET CUSTOMER and wanted to TALK TO SOMEONE DIRECTLY that nobody was in the office . There is no way that I am the only person that this is happening to I can tell by the extremely high number in turn over in your employees that this is a very common practice within your company. I sold my 2014 on the 21st, the same day my car payment was due. I was told to not pay my car payment because the dealership will pay it off. "It will show as paid off by tomorrow" ( is what I was told) and to use that money as a down payment on my new car which is exactly why my down payment was 306.00. After 17 days I am getting calls from my pervious lender informing me that my car hasn't been paid off . After being passed to every department including the service department I am still not getting helped. I then speak to Jim a sales manager who sent me to accounting.... accounting says that she will call the bank and get back to me "keeping me in the loop." I haven't had a call back for three days. I then call Chris in Finance who won't take my calls but is trying to conduct business Via text message (very unprofessional ) another example is I didn't even want a silver car .. I had to take the silver car because the attendant couldn't locate the black model. I can go on and on of things that I saw while there but the bottom line is I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CAMELBACK HYUNDAI AGAIN . I will make sure to post this on every social media / rate and review site everywhere. Simply disgusted. More
Shadiest Place I've Ever Been To My husband and I are in the market for a car, and we had thought we had found one suitable for our needs. The advertised price was 9789 and we had a confirmation in writing from these people that it would be tax title license and doc only after that. We arrived at the location yesterday to close the deal. Keep in mind, we had agreed on a price. When they came back, the papers said that the base price of the car was 10,000 even. We asked them about this and they wrote in a correction of 9789. They then took our info, our bank card, and our IDs and when they came back with the corrected paper, the price of the car still read 10,000, and they had added on a warranty and licensing fee they hadn't told us about. Least to say, we finally brokered a deal: no warranty, license fee we would take and the base price was 9789. He took the paperwork back for approval by the GM and STILL the base price of the car was 10,000 when he came back. At this point, we were getting angry. We thought we had agreed on the base price of the car and we had the Internet add to prove it as well as emails from the sales rep from the day before to indicate that this was the plan. Finally, the closer says that they can't do 9789. We wrote them out and offer for the car and gave them one final chance to sell it, they said no and we left. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here, they WILL try to take you and they WILL lie to your face then try to pass it off when you catch them. Don't think that you're different from us either, that you will drive them into a corner and get what you want, you won't. They could care less about you, you aren't even a human being to this place. More
