This is my 3rd leased vehicle, and this was the most painful process I've had. I was in the dealership for approximately 6 hours on the day of the deal and most of it was spent waiting around for someone to come update me on the process. It was tedious and I was not updated on how long I should expect each step to take. I had decided not to make a deal that day, but then they said they were going to "beat the competition". When they finally had a number (several hours later), it was only $0.15 cents less than the competitor. They dragged me along only to knock off pennies. I felt like I was being lead on until I was too tired to say no. It was miserable. My deal just cleared today (2 weeks after signing the paperwork), and I am still waiting on a check that the dealership owes me. I don't know if they are understaffed or poorly managed, but I won't be returning to Camelback Hyundai for my next lease. More

Beware buying used car with them not diagnosed right. Bought 2011 kia, just bought June 2016 . When I took my car for car washed the plastic siding came off .Took my car Back to kia dealership. I had them to replaced and pay for it. Of course I told to the service manager David im going to drive the car first time out of state. When done doing everything. I had Text message or email from kia service that my car ::: Brake Fluid, Coolant service, 4 Wheel s alignment, clean& Service Throttle body, Perform / Air induction system service, Transmission fluid , etc... I called back and I can understand sometime we had family issues he was not there. I waited till he come back to work. Call again talked to him had me come next day Friday 2016, he told me what is wrong wirh the car I told him its like driving a diesel truck and the sound . Its wrap not highly noticeable but is there No power when you step the gas the car just doesn't run it supposed to, make funny sound im afraid that might blow the transmission. I slowly release my foot to the gas pedal and try again slowly the car no power its like it got stuck. .. He told me I had to pay $ 130.00 to diagnose. Not going to pay that xxxx money to Diagnosed .it supposed to be checked or Done right Before I bought it. If I be selling something I be sure my customer getting for what they buy.Not a rotten stinky xxxxt...They dont Deserve a good Business.. no rating Bcuz stinky rotten skunk.. More

I was told it would be washed but was not. You people were the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever experienced. My sales person was nice but incomplete in explaining the car. He would not let me go on the highway stating it was rush hour. The transaction took about 4 hours and then I was rushed out of the dealership as everyone wanted to close. No one I come in contact with will ever even walk in your dealership. More

The salesperson there was kind, quick and knowledgeable and really went out of his way to get me my beautiful brand new Hyundai Accent! I love this car and driving is now a pleasure!!! More
