Expert Customer Service Scott Monteiro was the sales manager I worked w/over the phone and I was shocked at how efficient and easy he made the process. I did my research into the 2015 Sonata, like a well built athlete in a suit, but was unsure on pricing and which trim level/package would work best for my needs and budget. Scott was courteous unlike some of the other Hyundai dealerships in the valley. He genuinely seemed to care and diligently answered my questions/concerns before I was able to commit to come down. Every other dealership only wanted to know when I was coming down but Scott went about it how I would like to be treated and guess what... I chose Camelback Hyundai and love my new Sonata! More
