Polite and professional Came in for service for a 2008 Escape Hybrid, out of warranty. Scott, my service advisor, was exceptional. Good Service I had my car service done at camelback ford last week. The service was good. The service advisor was Titus and he is really good in taking care of the I had my car service done at camelback ford last week. The service was good. The service advisor was Titus and he is really good in taking care of the customer. Even the recall which was released couple of weeks ago was completed. When I called the customer care initially they mentioned that recall will take half day etc etc but all my service, recall, paint protection everything done in the same visit and Titus helped to get this completed in one shot. Appreciate the help and especially thanks to Titus!! Only one thing I felt bit frustrating was the 4 hours wait time but in my case I think I had multiple services to be done so I am good. But I asked how much time it takes for the regular service and I was told that it takes 3 hours and better to drop and pick in 3 hours. I did not experience and maybe next time but I think this is one area that the dealership should look into and take appropriate action. More
Intermittant & new (to me) dealer Camelback tried to fix the MKT after Fiesta Lincoln refused to be my dealer because I was unwilling to accept the bs they were trying to give me. Anyway, Lincoln factory put me with Michael at Camelback. He handled the problem quickly and professionally. I was a great change. Don't hesitate to use Camelback service, and, I would guess, sales. I hade to wait at enterpise another 30 minutes because FORD rules is if you drive a ford we will rent you a ford. So no ford car was available . Just some one will explain what is the difrent if its ford or any other car. You think its done not yet...... One hour later I got A call SORRY WE DONT HAVE THE PART.....WE WILL SCHEDULE AGAIN. i relly dont know if to laugh or cry. More
30 min oil change turned into 4 hours Don't both make an appointment for an oil change, it doesn't make it happen any faster. 4 hours and 15 minutes later, the truck is finally done. There were a few recalls that they said they would fix but after over 4 hours of waiting and nothing got done, it was time to leave. When asked why make an appointment if it is going to take 4 hours, the response was, "The only reason for the appointment is to ensure it will be done that day." This is a first for me!!! Never again. A new dealership will soon have our business. More

First Oil Change I recently took my truck in for the first oil change and was scheduled with Charlie Shepherd. He was wonderful! The service area was very busy but h I recently took my truck in for the first oil change and was scheduled with Charlie Shepherd. He was wonderful! The service area was very busy but he acted like I was the only customer there. He asked questions so that he was able to provide the best service for me, and recommended services that I would need in the future. When I told him that it was difficult to get the truck in due to my work schedule he let me know that I could bring it in after work and receive a loaner to get to work. During this service period he checked in several times to make sure I was doing ok and to let me know how the service was progressing. Overall, it was a very good experience. I will definitely be coming back for my service needs and would absolutely recommend this to my friends. More
