DO NOT use this service department. Save yourself the headache!!! Gary Jensen, the service director, talked to me like I was a toddler. He told me he did not represent Ford but I really thought this wa headache!!! Gary Jensen, the service director, talked to me like I was a toddler. He told me he did not represent Ford but I really thought this was Camelback Ford meaning they are representing that company. My 2018 expedition that has been in and out of their service department since the day I got it was in there for a diagnosis, for three days, and I find out it is an issue covered under powertrain up until 60,000 miles. A known issue he tells me. There is 61,000 on the vehicle. He told me he doesn’t make the rules and his customer service was atrocious. This will be the last Ford that I get and if you want to purchase one definitely go to a different dealership!!!! More

Stolen Floor Mats Last week, Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019, I had an appointment to replace the passenger side airbag. My brother and I brought in my mustang and Last week, Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019, I had an appointment to replace the passenger side airbag. My brother and I brought in my mustang and it was there all day. I picked it up late afternoon and the car had been washed. Next morning as I was getting things in order, I noticed my rear seat floor mats were gone!!! I drove back to see service writer, Jessi Tays at Camelback Ford to go get my floor mats. Jessi went to go look for them, returning and telling me they were not there. I told him someone stole my mats and they need to be replaced. I also told him, these mats are cloth mats and in excellent condition because people rarely sit in my back seat, they need to be replaced at no cost to me. Jessi told me to go have a seat in the waiting area, later telling me the service director is looking into this. Jessi came back to me, telling me those type of floor mats are no longer made and only available in rubber. I told him no, I won’t accept that, someone took my floor mats and I want the same type replaced. At this point, I begin thinking, If this is the type of service I am receiving, I will not be purchasing a new vehicle from this Camelback Ford Dealers! Jessi again, comes to see in the waiting area and starts suggesting that I look on Amazon to find the ones I want. I repeated what he just suggested. So you want me to search on Amazon? I also said, I can’t believe you are suggesting I search for floor mats all because someone stole my floor mats! He said he didn’t know what size to get! Really? He has my vehicle Information and he is stalling !!! I suggested he take measurements of the area where my floor mats were so he left to get a measuring tape. He met me at my vehicle and I was speaking to my sister. I told Jessi after wasting over two hours of waiting I told him I had to leave because I was too upset. That was one week ago and I have not heard nothing! More

The level this has gone too is beyond unprofessional! I asked to speak to his manager and he stated that he didn't have one. MY EARLIER REVIEW! Took my Ford Explorer in for service on a Thursday night expecting to hear from them sometime on Friday. At 2pm my husband called them to get a status. Alan told my husband that he'd try to squeeze my car in. My husband questioned that because I had an appointment. My husband was told that there were customers who had appointments 3 days prior who were ahead of me. Sounds a little absurd but why make appointments if you can't get to a car for 3 days? So at 3:20pm we received a call that they won't be able to do anything about the car until MONDAY and suggested that I leave the car, Seriously. Not for parts but just that they couldn't get to it until MONDAY. I am so sorry I bought my car from this location. Don't waste your time here!!!! More
Kayla Rivera was AMAZING!! Had a new Ford Roush truck, air conditioning went out in 115 degree weather. We were on vacation and Kayla took such great care of us. Prepaid Maintenance Plan, would not honor full amount. Purchased the MPP maintenance plan when buying the Mustang. Brought car in for 3rd oil change. Upon completion of the service, advisor informed me th Purchased the MPP maintenance plan when buying the Mustang. Brought car in for 3rd oil change. Upon completion of the service, advisor informed me that I had to pay $86, because MPP would only cover $40 of the cost. After informing Brandon that I have not had to pay on my prior oil changes. After debating with Brandon & Customer Service. They dropped it to $65, I paid my $65 and left. Took 2 weeks to get my contract honored and repaid my $65. Also Brandon said I needed a 4 wheel Alignment. I informed Brandon to check my car history. It was performed 5K miles ago. Sales pitch! To add, each visit during the last 3 years I have had 3 different service advisors? This day was the worst customer service experience I have experienced and I will not be back. Like there motto states. "Your Gonna Love It" I did not. More
