Service manager and director at Camelback Ford are very deceptive. I had my car serviced there, asked for specific services and they added service to my account which I had first questioned and did not ap deceptive. They carried it out service anyway after I told them not to do it and when we picked up the car we were forced to pay for it. When I talked to the service director Mike he seemed to try to be accommodating but that was just a lie as all he did was try to justify the service to me on why it should be done even though the service was done two months previous. I tried to reason with him and he refused to give me a refund for the service. Very fraudulent. Secondarily do not trust any of their employees as they do not communicate and do not record what your exact needs are even though you put it in writing. I would never go back here again. You expect better service from a dealership. More
This dealerships service dept & customer relations manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 n manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 new tires took almost 8 hours and then we had to return the next day due to warning lights. No one had any idea how to fix it. Took them over a week to figure it out & we had to pay for their mistakes. A few weeks later the car had to be towed back & they we so unhelpful, took no responsibility. Even went as far as to say my daughter or her friends loosened the oil filter. Then they stopped communicating entirely! We live 1700 miles away. There is no follow through, they do not communicate with customers & their work is less than desirable. More
Worse dealer I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying new cars. The service department is so bad the the service adviser is a do not tell the truth and have no idea what they are doing. Over a 2.5 hour for an oil change and tie rotation !!!!! And they never started it and I left. Appts to not mean anything to this dealer. My time is too value to be stilling in at Alford Dealer. Had the work done at Bell Ford. In and out the door in 90 minutes. More

This service center is garbage. First. I didn’t want to bring my vehicle back here because the last time I had similar issues. However they did not do a repair correctly and the oth First. I didn’t want to bring my vehicle back here because the last time I had similar issues. However they did not do a repair correctly and the other dealership will not fix their mistakes so we are back. It took three days to make an appointment because they don’t even answer their phones. If you select device calling direct you get sent to an offshore call center that relays messages and in two or three days you will get a call back. Next they have had my truck for one week after the appointment and they have not even looked at it. I am not sure what the point of appointments are if they will not even look at it. Going into week two I deeply regret ringing it back because I can’t even get ahold of my device advisor. Avoid this service department at all costs. More

Bought a Lincoln Corsair and it came with a persistent rattle in the driver side passenger door. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership I contacted the Galpin Ford/Lincoln dealership in Prescott. They were very accommodating in trying to fix the problem. However, after 3 attempts the door still had the rattle. At this point I decided to call Camelback since they were the dealership that sold the vehicle. I spoke to Bob in the service department and he absolutely blew me off and refused to even entertain the thought of servicing the vehicle. Kept saying any dealership will service it. I understood that but I wanted another opinion.Terrible customer service. Will never recommend this dealership. More
