Refused warranty work on vehicle purchased elsewhere Refused to repair a safety issue under warranty unless I agreed to pay ~$300 diagnostic fee, which they may or may not choose to waive in the future. Refused to repair a safety issue under warranty unless I agreed to pay ~$300 diagnostic fee, which they may or may not choose to waive in the future. There was also a major safety recall that they failed to mention or repair. They kept mentioning that I purchased it at another dealer (I recently moved). If someone from Ford is reading this, your dealership knowingly refused to repair a car with known safety issues and did not conduct a safety recall. Do not use Camelback Ford's service department, especially if you bought your vehicle somewhere else. More

Don't buy from Camelback Ford Lincoln I left review earlier when I bought this car about Trey. Trust me not to buy from him. Polite and professional Came in for service for a 2008 Escape Hybrid, out of warranty. Scott, my service advisor, was exceptional. The problem was actually diagnosed vs. just throwing parts at it. While not inexpensive (what dealership service is?), it ended up being less than half of the worst case scenario. I appreciated their straightforwardness and quick responses throughout the process. Arnold was professional, fair and efficient - he made the deal happen with no runaround. Rey ensured I was taken care of, even sending the car back to detail since it didn't meet his expectations. David's knowledge made the finance portion quick and painless, by smoothing out all of the numbers. Mike and Christian were willing to help in anyway making sure I was comfortable and happy. I was a little nervous about such a huge decision and purchase and Greg made the experience the best one I have had in my lifetime at a car dealership! Herb the General Manager was great throughout the whole purchase as was his entire team there! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy Ford!
