It says alot when you would rather travel up to 2 hours away to buy a new vehicle when there's a dealership less than 10 mins from my house! These guys are awesome and will not pressure you at all! So if your shopping for a new vehicle i highly recommend going here!! Ask for Eric he is the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever had. More

They really went above and beyond to find me the right truck. Turned out despite their large inventory the right truck for me was at another dealer. Instead of pushing me to buy from their inventory, they pulled some stings and brought my new truck to their dealership. Sabeur in finance was very professional and informative. I felt no pressure as he explained my finance and warranty options. I would recommend to all my friends and family shop at Camelback Ford. More

The fact that the sales people could not find a pre owned vehicle we originally asked about that had been posted on website was a little worrisome. In the end, we ended up with a new vehicle and think it was probably a better choice. I did like that the vehicles were brought to the door and there was no waiting in the hot sun. More
Perfect fit! Alfonso, Erica, and Frank all gave us their full attention on a Saturday evening and stayed with us throughout the deal. Financing and license plate transfer completed late on Saturday night - fantastic! We found a good deal online, set up an appointment to meet and buy from a salesman. When we showed up for our appointment our salesman was nowhere to be found, had someone else help us only to tell us that the truck we showed up to buy was sold out from underneath us the night before. We asked them to help locate the same vehicle at one of their sister stores. They said they were busy, had other customers to help and they’d call us at a later time. We never got a call back. We couldn’t believe they had no interest in selling us a vehicle. More
Dishonest and stressful So I have a preapproval with a bank and go to look at a specific vehicle. I call down there and ask if it's there and they say yes. I drive down 15 mi So I have a preapproval with a bank and go to look at a specific vehicle. I call down there and ask if it's there and they say yes. I drive down 15 minutes later and they say it's not really there. Then I find another vehicle I like and tell them to use my preapproval. They ran my credit with 6 other places, never even tried my preapproval bank, said I didn't qualify for what I wanted and tried to sell me something else. When I wanted to leave, because I couldn't take it anymore, they wouldn't give me the keys to my trade in back. I had to ask over 4 times to get them back so I could leave. Most stressful, awful car buying experience ever. The only slight sliver of redemption was the actual salesman was polite and seemed honest. It was all the managers and finance people that were shady and manipulative... or at least so it appeared More
