Different way to by a car My wife and I were in need of a late model SUV. So our search began and Camelback Ford had a 2018 Ford Edge with a moonroof (mandatory) and several other options. So I sent my wife and friend up to Phoenix to check it out, we live in Yuma. I didn’t go as I’m not a good traveler due to medical issues. She test drove it and liked it so we proceeded with the process to purchase. I wanted to be included so I asked my wife to FaceTime me so that I could see the documents, financing etc. it worked out well we are now the proud owners. Thanks to Eric it went smoothly. More

From sale to service, Camelback Ford excels I have a long relationship with Camelback Ford (“CF”). I have purchased many vehicles from CF including one of the first 500 GT Cobras and most recent I have a long relationship with Camelback Ford (“CF”). I have purchased many vehicles from CF including one of the first 500 GT Cobras and most recently a 2019 Raptor. I was foolish enough to decide to “save” (read spend a lot of $$) a 1997 F250. I spent hours in service with Krista scheming on whether there was anything on that truck we have not changed out or re-furnished. Having taken possession of the new Raptor, I had to sell the F 250. A friend who knew the truck well jumped at the chance to be the next owner. That truck was beautiful and I will miss it. The suspension in the Raptor, however, is a real treat after driving a lifted, unloaded F 250. Getting to the point, Eric Steffes is knowledgeable, smart, courteous and exudes a genuine interest in the buyer and seeing that the buyer gets the best deal possible. That sense of genuine interest continues after the sale. He simply would not let me “off the hook” to figure out all the features of the Raptor by myself. I relented and I learned 30% more about the vehicle. He wants buyers to fully understand all the features each Ford product has to offer. Thanks, Eric. While I did not have as much contact with Herb Jernukian as with Eric, he made it a point to call and assure me CF was there to help in any way possible and when I was with Eric, he always came by to echo that approach. Herb is the model of a great manager, both with respect to CF’s products but, perhaps even more importantly, customer service. What resonates most and lasts the longest is the way one is treated by others. I will always be a fan on CF in general and Herb, Eric, and Krista in particular. I highly recommend CF. More

These guys helped me over the phone working a deal and showed up on Sunday to finish the paperwork and make sure I was completely satisfied. I was in and out in about an hour or so which enabled me to return back home later that afternoon. On top of that, this was the only dealer that was willing to help work a deal on a Raptor. I probably will never buy another vehicle from here in Vegas ever again. Thanks again for the help fellas! More

He listened very, very well to my needs and desires and he remembered them throughout the process. I am very particular, it took two months to find the exact vehicle I wanted (we searched several states) Eric understood right away the type of buyer I am (probably a pain in the xxx) but I know exactly what I want and didn't want to be sold anything else. He never hounded or pressured me and was always respectful of my time and my needs. There were a few minor blemishes on the new truck he found for me but Eric graciously went beyond the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
