Very unhappy with experience with overall experience. DT (salesperson) was attentive and professional initially. But overall, unresponsive staff. I then had to agree to a new deal (higher payment or higher down payment). 21 days later and still deal not closed, trade in not paid off (and now late). Sent a couple of emails to Management (Dom and Cody) does not seem to care as they never responded to any of my emails. More

Very business-like approach, which I appreciated. Sales person was my advocate, which I also appreciated. Some pressure to purchase extended warranty, even after I said no. Initial Low balling the trade in value was definitely not appreciated. I almost walked out. I am currently looking forward to Mitch delivering the truck, which was not expected, but very much appreciated. Just got a call from your PR person as follow-up and look forward to visiting when service is required a couple times a year. And finally, thanks for having the vehicle I need for my purposes going forward. More
