Not a pleasant experience Josh the sales guy was friendly and courteous, walked me through the process. One star review is caused by the lack of communication. Asked for a different mailing address for my plates and registration. Everything was set up to go to the physical address. Had a whole conversation about Gap being added. When asked to confirm, finance told me that they didn't know and would have to pay an additional $500 down to get it. My brother referred me to the dealership and was initially told he would receive a $500 incentive for taking me in. They asked for his information to send the check. The referral amount was then changed to $250 after paperwork was signed. 2 months later, and he has not received anything. There is no information when reach out to the dealership or the sales guy. Will not return to the dealership next year. More
