I knew which vehicle I wanted, and it was just a matter of getting the pricing narrowed out. Eric was very transparent, quick to respond, and I felt he adequately answered each of my questions. He seemed genuinely concerned about his customer's satisfaction. There was no "hard sale" in the finance office. The Finance Manager presented the options, and let me decide. I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. Further, there was no "playing with the numbers." What I had agreed upon, was exactly what was presented to me on the documents in Finance Office.
