Poor Customer Service I had purchased a 2019 Ford F150 and right from the start there was customer service issues. I have read that this location had great reviews but thi I had purchased a 2019 Ford F150 and right from the start there was customer service issues. I have read that this location had great reviews but this was not my experience at all.. The first day, I was there for about 5 hours which is typical. I understood that.. However, I brought in a flyer from the Thanksgiving weekend from Camelback Ford and inquired about each item they presented if a vehicle was purchased.. They didn't honor not one. Okay, couldnt bring my truck home that day because it had a recall. Okay, the next day... Couldnt locate the truck , I had to leave work because no one was calling me back...When approached by Service, (truck was in service) met with some attitude. Told I can bring the truck home that evening at around 5.. Then closer to 5, truck not ready, tomorrow.. Going back and fourth with the various departments, was exhausting. I just then requested my trade to be returned. Finance Director called, changed the deal for better. However, after deal was set.. No return call from him when I showed up for my appt and no one in Finance could help me. The door was locked to one of the advisors and my paperwork was in there. Then I never received a copy of my paperwork.. Still waiting. Been told that only one person can print out my paperwork and he is off today.. One thing after another but the lack of communication here in my deal was unfortunate. I had a great sales person, Nick.. He was caught in the middle and did what he could.. Which I truly appreciate... I would not purchase another vehicle from them due to these reasons.. I am waiting for the GM to speak to me.. Doubt he will reach out. More

What a joke. Yikes. In the couple of weeks I have been communicating with the dealership about a vehicle I have been contacted by at least 6 different people, all Yikes. Then today they had offered me a price on a vehicle and when I was ready to come down and do the deal, they backed out saying they “were only going to try to get me that price” and went backwards on the numbers. There was no miscommunication, they backed out. I know I could never do business this way or I’d be out of business. This is pure bad faith negotiating. Scam. More

I was given a fair price on a new Mustang over the phone by Tony Evasco, and when I showed up there the next day he greeted me in a friendly manner, and repeated the offer he had emailed me verbatim. I agreed and he introduced me to Francisco Moreno, who was to walk me through the rest of the purchase. Francisco was very efficient, helpful, and interested in making my buying experience pleasurable. Everything went very smoothly every step of the way. Once I had completed the deal in the finance department, Francisco was right there to walk me to my new car, go over the features and operation again, and answer a few questions. I drove home to Prescott area a happy camper. One last comment. I was made to feel comfortable there by everyone, and left feeling very positive about the whole experience.
