I recently bought a car from you about a month ago; there were a couple things that were wrong with it that you agreed to fix once the car was financed. These were aesthetic fixes but important because it w were a couple things that were wrong with it that you agreed to fix once the car was financed. These were aesthetic fixes but important because it was with the back seat trunk release valves with the car. There was no “WE PAY” agreement that was written up because everyone from ELI, JOHN PHAN, JORDAN (the used sales manager) told me that it would be taken care of once the car was financed. The car was financed about two weeks ago, and I recently had come in to get my car fix which was promised to me when signing my original papers covered in my warranty that I had purchased through your financing department, that Christ Agnos and Mohammad Hamideh on two separate occasions, had promised that would happen once the car was financed. I am very disappointed that you would not uphold your agreement for such a small fix. I just want to enjoy the car that I had purchased through your dealership to its fullest, but since I have been in your dealership 5 times over the past 8 weeks with nothing but excuses on why you haven’t fixed my simple fix I have no choice to say this: IF YOU SHOP AT CAMELBACK FORD THEY WILL DO WHATEVER TO GET YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR BUT NEVER COMMIT TO FIXING ANYTHING. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO YOU ARE BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE VERBAL AGREEMENTS AND TRY TO PASS YOU OFF, EVEN IF YOU TRY TO MAKE A SCENE THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IT IS JUST A CUSTOMER WITH BAD CREDIT (WHICH SHOULDN’T MATTER BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A BANK!) DO NOT SHOP IN THE USED CAR LOT BECAUSE UNLESS YOU ARE A LAWYER IN BUSINESS LAW BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!!! More

Recently I purchased a new 2012 Ford Mustang. I love the car but have had serious problems with Ford’s customer service after the purchase. I live in Washington State and the Mustang I wanted was not availa car but have had serious problems with Ford’s customer service after the purchase. I live in Washington State and the Mustang I wanted was not available. I had to purchase my car in Phoenix, Arizona. I arrived by plane near closing time, purchased my car and drove home. I did not receive the paperwork I needed to register my car in Washington State. I called Camelback Ford’s Title person twice and got voice mail both times. A person from Washington Ste’s Dept. of Licensing also left a voice mail. No call was ever returned. I sent an email asking for the paperwork. The Dealers response was that I received all of the paperwork I needed to register my car. My Temporary was about to expire. I called the State of Arizona for help. This is when I discovered that my car had been titled in Arizona. The State of Arizona will not send me or the State of Washington a copy of the title, this is to protect me the consumer. The lien holder has to request the title. My lien holder is Ford Motor Credit. They will not send me, the registered owner a copy nor will they fax a copy to the State of Washington so I can register my car. A letter must be sent from the State requesting a copy of the title to Ford Motor Credit who will send a request by mail to the State of Arizona who will send the title to Ford Motor Credit who will send it in the mail to the State of Washington. This will take an additional 3 to 5 weeks. In the meantime my car is parked because the temporary permit has expired. I have a new car that I cannot drive because of the dealership mistake. I asked Ford for help. I was referred back to Ford Motor Credit and the Dealership. I own Ford Stock, I love the Mustang but Ford’s customer service after the sale in my opinion is the worst I have ever seen. More
Came in on feb 4th to order a new vehicle. After 3 months, no vehicle, no idea when it will arrive, or any other information. They would never give me a straight answer about the order when I inquired months, no vehicle, no idea when it will arrive, or any other information. They would never give me a straight answer about the order when I inquired. I have now been sitting at the dealership for an hour and half, for a manager. Reception has paged them three times, with me informing her that I was here to cancel my order. It does not sound like they care, that I do not want to purchase a vehicle from them after all. Stay away. You do not matter to them, they just want your money. In ten minutes I will put a call into the credit card company cancel the deposit, and hand them the contract. They can figure out the rest. More

Don't go there. That place is absurd. They advertised a price online. When I contacted them they lured me in promising additional $750 off. When I showed up and looked at the vehicle we started the paperwo price online. When I contacted them they lured me in promising additional $750 off. I showed them an email they sent me as well as their interned pricing. They came down on the price but still were higher then their offer via email. I still agreed. Then they had me wait for almost two hours. When I was finalizing the paperwork they again tried to have me sign loan docs with a higher sales price. Thankfully I read before I sign. At that point and 4 hours in, I just walked away. Here is the email they sent me.
