Service Department overcharges on parts I just happen to call the parts department to check on what a part was on my recent service bill. To my surprise, I found out that the service depart I just happen to call the parts department to check on what a part was on my recent service bill. To my surprise, I found out that the service department had charged be 28% more for the part than if I have bought it over the counter. It's already ridiculous how much they charge for parts (usually a 300% markup) without having to find out they gouged when they did the service. Not to further mention they charged me $58 dollars for shop supplies and hazardous waste. I'd like to see a breakdown of what that might be for other than for lining the pockets of the owners. I recommend you take your ford service elsewhere. More

We went there and were pleasantly surprised. Our previous experiences with the Van Tuyl group was typical car haggling style; but with the acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway, you can immediately notice the change. We were met by Scott Collins (internet manager) and handed to an excellent sales person, Michael Galindo who took great care of us, and when it came time to deal, the dealership listened to us, and we purchased the truck! Couldn't be happier with the overall experience and lack of drama. I would truly consider them if you are in the marker for any Ford or Lincoln product. More

Poor credit, on the job 2 months, and not sure I could have a down payment. I new I could not take just any vehicle, but I had been driving my mom's car for 3 months and really wanted to get it back to her. I did not leave with a vehicle that day. In the midst of starting all the paperwork on a 2006 Jeep Liberty 4x4 I was told they could not take my check because my account was too new with the bank. I was a little disappointed and confused over the entire situation. Our salesman Juan, who had only been there for about a month, was just as confused as we were. We left him our phone numbers and walked out the door. Before the week was over Juan called and said his General Manager wants to see us. We agreed to go in the following Saturday. I was a little hesitant to go through the process all over again. It was actually very irritating. But when they showed me the vehicle they were working to get me into I was willing to see where it would take us. It was a 2011 Jeep Liberty, fully loaded with leather seats. It was a limited edition. With everything going against me I almost cried when the Finance Office came out and said they had been on the phone and worked a deal with the bank and got us approved! I left that evening in my Jeep Liberty! Dustin, Juan, Courtney, Jason, and all the rest! We love you! Thanks for recognizing us when we come back in to take care of the maintenance items such as fixing the broken window, and fixing the alignment! My husband and I were so pleased with the service, we sent our son-in-law in the see Juan and he also bought a car a week later! They got THE JOB DONE! More

Mr Sagatto lied to me by telling me the car was still in inventory when it was sold two days before. He invited me to come down and see the car, knowing all along the car was sold. I would have thought the days of having to lie to customers to get them to come to the car lot were over. But not at Camelback Ford and not with Dennis Segatto. When car guys lie to customers in order to get them to come to the lot it only makes the client mad. The chance of their LAME salespeople selling you the car you don't want are slim. THERE ARE MANY FORD DEALERS IN PHOENIX, PICK ONE AND YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE THEN CAMELBACK FORD. thanks More

RUN FROM THIS DEALER .... REALLY YOU SHOULD RUN! ! ! Just purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The sales guy Nick was very knowledgeable and overall an excellent salesman. When we were checking out Nick said "we have changed our policy and will mail you your owners manual and spare key". It is now 13 days later and nothing. I've spoken with Nick several times and he perpetuated the lie. So today I got Kenny on the phone, one of their customer service managers. He admitted that they lost the key and manual and that "they would have someone in my area next week to build me a key". He also talked over the top of me and would not listen. And then offered to give me a lunch coupon. What an insult. My first Lincoln was purchased from Sanderson Lincoln on Bell road in Phoenix and they have WORLD CLASS customer service. Save yourself a nightmare DO NOT BUY FROM CAMELBACK LINCOLN. More

Do not go here unless you want to be lied to I worked with Scott Collins, this guy is a habitual liar. From when my car would be done to "you will get a certificate for oil changes" to "I'll make I worked with Scott Collins, this guy is a habitual liar. From when my car would be done to "you will get a certificate for oil changes" to "I'll make sure you have a full tank of gas" to the price of the car. DO NOT WASTe YOUR TIME OR MONEY I wanted the car for my wife and spent so much time there (the dealership did not honor there 2 hour guarantee listed on there website) I ended up just buying the vehicle against my better judgment, we really should have just left after seeing another customer yell at a different sales person and walk out. The experience after the purchase was even worse. We were told the car needed to be detailed and Scott would pick up the car the next day at my work. He never showed and I Had to call him. He picked up the car the next day knowing we had plans on taking it to san diego in a couple days. This "detail" lasted 8 days (we later found out it needed to be serviced, seriously an 8 day service.) I had to take my car to san diego which is a small sedan not the SUV we just traded in or bought. He told me and my wife diffent things through the process (lies) and when I finally got the car he told me "we didn't even get to check everything out because you were rushing me." Keep in mind these guys had already cashed a check from me and offered nothing, to make things right. I kept reminding him I left a key he told my wife he put it on the key chain (lie) dropped of the car. No key on the keychain or full tank of gas like promised, and the xm radio which the car was advertised with doesn't work. An 8 day service and the radio wasnt checked. I had to go back to the dealer 50 miles from home to pick up the key that Scott told me he would drop off at my work after "forgetting it" (told my wife it was on the key ring.) Scott told my wife he would leave it at the front Im glad o had my wife call the front desk before i drove out cause guess what he never left it. Scott Collins is a joke of a human being and if a man is defined by his word he is not much. The management knows of this and won't take a call I won't go back but if anyone asks about camelback ford I will tell them Never ever do business with them. More
