Miguel was able to get us approved something we had difficulty at other dealerships and we couldn’t be happier with him. I highly reccommend you asking for him. He’s the most patient guy in the world and knows his stuff. Overall the paperwork did take almost a full day but on their defense they happened to be very busy closing deals that day. First Oil Change I recently took my truck in for the first oil change and was scheduled with Charlie Shepherd. He was wonderful! The service area was very busy but h I recently took my truck in for the first oil change and was scheduled with Charlie Shepherd. He was wonderful! The service area was very busy but he acted like I was the only customer there. He asked questions so that he was able to provide the best service for me, and recommended services that I would need in the future. When I told him that it was difficult to get the truck in due to my work schedule he let me know that I could bring it in after work and receive a loaner to get to work. During this service period he checked in several times to make sure I was doing ok and to let me know how the service was progressing. Overall, it was a very good experience. I will definitely be coming back for my service needs and would absolutely recommend this to my friends. More
