We have been to dealers all over the valley in the last few weeks and were not having very good luck with what we were looking for. We went to Camelback Ford (used) and was met by Adam Sokeland. After dealing with sales people that we just wanted to avoid all week, Adam was delightful and fun. At the time they didn't have specifically what we were looking for, so we continued with a few more dealers. We found the vehicle we were looking for down the street and began the transaction. After dealing with the sales people and the horrible gouging they were trying to pull on us, we walked out right in the middle of the deal. After a few more days and more bad experiences, we both decided we wanted to go back to Adam for help. When we came back to see him, he went out of his way to find us the vehicle we wanted and had it brought to the dealership. We then worked with Dave the sales manager. Both of them were fun and engaging and we made a quick, totally reasonable deal that we felt great about. They sent me over to Chris in finance and again another easy going, fun experience. We are going to be buying another vehicle in the next year and we will only go to Adam and the boys. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Troy Eccles has the uncanny ability of knowing exactly how to match an individual with the perfect car which will serve all of one's needs and still be just what one wants to drive. Kristin goes out of her way to see to it that the day and time my car is serviced is convenient for me, not for the service department. The service is fast and always as promised. The management at Camelback welcomes me by name and has gone out of their way to help me with some unconventional requests and requirements. I will never buy a car any place else. More
Go somewhere else for service!!! Unless of course you want them to keep your car for days, tell you it is fixed... then you pick it up and NOTHING is fixed. Over and Over and Over. They are nice and seem helpful, but NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED. The owner talked to me after all the problems...and said he would fix things, gave me his cell but when i called he didn't return my message. It is like Ground Hog Day dealing with them, you just keep coming back and coming back with the same crummy outcome. More

I was looking for a new Ford Fusion (knew exactly what I wanted prior to contacting the dealership) and requested an internet quote on the car. Response from Brian was very quick and price was very fair... wanted prior to contacting the dealership) and requested an internet quote on the car. Response from Brian was very quick and price was very fair.....only detail to work out was value of my trade-in (2010 Honda Accord). Arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Michael (Brian had informed me prior that Michael would be my salesperson) who was very pleasant. Test drove the vehicle while Brain did an appraisal on my trade. Sat down to do the paperwork with Michael and was made aware of the offer for my trade-in which was also very fair right out of the gate....no need to haggle over price of car or trade-in. Only negative I can mention is the amount of time it took to get me out the door with my new vehicle....arrived at dealership around 2pm and did not drive off until almost 8pm. Most of the time was waiting for finance dept. to get around to our deal as they were very busy that day (Saturday). I cannot place blame on them for this delay and am actually happy they were selling lots of cars and boosting the economy!!!! Thanks again to Michael and Brian....I will reccommend them to all friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. More
