They do not care about anything except making a buck. I bought my Ford Explorer there with them constantly telling me that the vehicle was covered under a warranty but when I brought it back a few hours later because it has broken struts and motor mounts they just started playing games. They told me to bring it in and they would fix it but then kept if for 11 days and then called to say they would not fix it since it was a budget value deal. They pitch the warranty all through the sales scam but then do nothing and lie to the authorities to cover their butt. Don't go there they do not honor the state mandated warranty they pitch, they do not care about the vehicles they sell, they do not care about you or your safety. Keep on looking. Don't go there. Too many other dealerships actually care about their product, their reputation and their customers. Camelback Ford is a rip off. Dont go there. More

I went into Camelback Ford with the intention to trade in my 2006 F-150 Lariat for a 2011 or 2012 F-150 Lariat. After initial negotiations I left because they couldn’t get the price to where I needed it. I my 2006 F-150 Lariat for a 2011 or 2012 F-150 Lariat. It was a bad interaction do to the fact I was called on my cell by a sales associate the night before and was told that they weren’t letting deals walk out the door. On the phone I told them that I wasn’t going to come in unless the specifics that I told them on the phone were comparable. I was guaranteed they could make it work. After I left I realized the $54,000 truck was just a little too high for my price range so I went back the following weekend. I walked the lot and started looking at F-150 XLTs. A nice sales associate helped me and took me inside to see what he could do. It was Superbowl Sunday and I told him that I was on a time constraint and to call me back once he had a price for me. Needless to say I never got a call back because the same manager that helped me the week prior remembered me. The Manager didn’t know that I came to my senses about the price and was willing to negotiate. I went to Bell Ford the following weekend and bought a 2011 F-150 XTL that was loaded. I am very pleased with the way I was treated at Bell Ford and happy I did business with them instead of Camelback Ford. If the Manager at Camelback would have just followed through with my quote we might have had a deal. I will never return to Camelback Ford and never do business with them again. Now if I could only get them to stop sending me all the nonsense email notifications about their useless sales I would be happy. More

I wonder how a place can stay in business with such terrible business practices. I went in to see a car that was advertised on line and it was not there and the employee could not find it. So then Matt, internet sales manager e-mails me and says that it is available and that he could see it sitting in the lot. I explained to him via e-mail that it was not the correct car. He returns my e-mail stating that the car I am interested in is indeed available. I go back a few days later and Alex attempts to help me find this car. After leaving me in the lobby alone for 15 minutes and going in and out of an office multiple times then going outside and making a few cell phone calls he comes back in and tells me that the vehicle was just sold on e-bay. Magically I looked in CARS.com today and sure enough the vehicle is right there advertised for sale. I called and a gentleman named Jordan answers the phone and puts me on hold to check on the availability of the vehicle. He comes back and much to my surprise says, yes sir, that vehicle is available, when would you like to come in and see it? Does anyone at Camelback used cars have any idea what cars you have or do not have. If it is not available one would think that your internet manager would have the responsibility of removing it. If it is available one would think someone who works there would know where it is. How do you run a business like this? It would seem after a great conversation with the general manager, Mr. Brenton Clout that there is indeed a representative of Camelback Ford that has passion and appreciation for the customer as well as a good understanding of realistic expectations. We had a good overall experience. We paid cash and the signing of papers took way too long in our estimation. It took over 5 hours from start to finish - too long. When we went to Camelback Ford we had no intention of buying a truck. We went with the intention of looking to see what we could afford and what we needed to bring to the table. Josh did an excellant job listening to what we wanted,very informative during the test drive and helped to get the deal done. Needless to say we walked out with a new 2012 truck. Once the deal was done, and the truck was cleaned and full of gas, we notice a dent in the passenger door. Josh jumped right on the sitaution and within a day he called me back to schedule an appt with the service dept to have the dent removed. Took the truck back up to the dealership within a few days. Once we got there, I was told to ask for Aimee. Aimee was unavailable so another service dept representative helped me out. I explained my rush for time and she had the truck taken right over to the individual that needed to work on the dent. Within an hour I was done and out the door. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. On our next go around I would start right back here. More
