They lied about the price, and had to give us original quote (which they said they never gave us) when I brought in the paper that the used car mgr had written on. They advised the car had been serviced, quote (which they said they never gave us) when I brought in the paper that the used car mgr had written on. They advised the car had been serviced, everything checked out, car was cleaned and tires all replaced. When we got the car, within 1 week had to replace the brakes in the front. Within 6 weeks had to replace 2 fron tires--both worn on the part of the tire that faces inside, so it was not really visible easily. The back seat and rugs had not been cleaned, so I had to clean them. I would NEVER go back or recommend. Had our old car not broken down, and us being in immediate need of a car, we would have walked away, which wse started to do once. Should have trusted our instinct!! More
We were looking to lease a car and talked to several dealerships in the area. During those initial conversations Camelback Ford were the cheapest and went that extra mile (literally) to find the car I w dealerships in the area. During those initial conversations Camelback Ford were the cheapest and went that extra mile (literally) to find the car I wanted. We had some initial reservations due to different people providing different answers and a little bit of disorganization however this was resolved once we got a little further in to the process - Eli and Nick helped a lot with this. The negotiations were reasonably friendly and we were happy with the service we received. The only minor negatives - and this may be true for all dealerships - was the amount of time we had to spend in the dealership waiting. Overall I'd recommend this dealership and believe they are much, much better than the only other dealership I've dealt with in the area, Bell Honda (I wouldn't go near this dealership again if someone paid me). Everyone was very helpful. They went out their way to make me comfortable, even picking up lunch for me as it took a while to get everything done. I would buy another car here in a minute. Do not EVER purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I paid with a cashier check in full for a vehicle September 1,2012. I was told after fluids were replaced I could pick up the car which would be no later th with a cashier check in full for a vehicle September 1,2012. I was told after fluids were replaced I could pick up the car which would be no later than September 5th. As of October 5,2012. I still don't have the car, no one supposedly knows where the car is and the GM is refusing to give me my money back. Theft by deception...I do think so. These people have the nerve to tell me if I bring them more money they will find another car for me! Trying to screw over a single mom...I think so. Now I am spending more money obtaining legal counsel to get my money back in addition to the 2 insurance payments on a car I NEVER drove off the lot! Stay away from this SHADY dealership More
I am very pleased with my recent new vehicle purchase experience with Camelback Ford. John Hickey, my sales representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his no-press experience with Camelback Ford. John Hickey, my sales representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his no-pressure sales approach. I had spoken to John the night before about the vehicle I was interested in. When I went to the dealership the next day to test drive the vehicle, John delivered on everything we had discussed and our deal was finalized shortly thereafter. A big thanks to John Hickey and everyone I dealt with at Camelback Ford. More
The experience I had with the salesman (Antonio Dominguez), management staff (Ed Savage and Mike Kildoo) and lastly, finance manager (Marcus Fortense) was a great experience. I did not feel pressur Dominguez), management staff (Ed Savage and Mike Kildoo) and lastly, finance manager (Marcus Fortense) was a great experience. I did not feel pressured, nor stressed out about purchasing this vehicle. The transition went extremely well. I would and will recommend that all my friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle visit your dealership. Thanks Camelback Ford for giving me the great customer service I expected and deserve. More

Here is my horrible experience with this dealership that lacks professionalism: I recently inquired on an internet sales ad for a car being sold by Camelback Ford. I spoke to the "Internet Sales Manager lacks professionalism: I recently inquired on an internet sales ad for a car being sold by Camelback Ford. I spoke to the "Internet Sales Manager", Matthew Wykoff. I had a great conversation with Matt. I told him about the car that was of interest to me. We also talked about my car that I wanted to trade-in. He gave me the trade-in value of my car over the phone. I then set an appointment to meet with him. Once arriving at the dealership, I let the staff know that I was there for an appointment with Matt. I was told that anyone could help me. I wasn't even greeted by or introduced to the person that I had an appointment with. So, this already started off on a bad note. That's OK. I was still interested in the car. After taking a test drive, I decided that I wanted to put an offer on the car. When the sales agent came back from the "credit desk" where the managers price the cars, the difference in total was $6,000 more than what the internet ad said and what Matt told me over the phone. $6,000. I also took in to account taxes, title and license in my overall price. So, that's $6,000 more - what is this? Your classic bait and switch. I should have left at that point based on principle. After I told the sales rep about the difference in the price that I was told, he said to "make a counter-offer" on the vehicle. So, I did. The sales rep took the offer back to his manager. He returned 5 minutes later, extended his hand and said "thank you for coming in, we're not interested in your offer and do not want to make another offer back. How about adding insult to injury? At that point I just I had to laugh. I will never recommend anybody to ever buy a car from Camelback Ford. In fact, when people ask me where to go to look for cars (and they will since I work for one of the largest banks in Arizona), I will say "DO NOT go to Camelback Ford. They are deceptive, unprofessional, unfair and not willing to negotiate. Here's the other funny thing...I still have to buy a car. The Sales Rep never asked me if I would like to consider a different vehicle to purchase. At bare minimum, if you were the sales rep, wouldn't you offer the customer that just spent an hour and half driving out to your dealership on a Sunday, was lied to over the phone by Matt Wykoff, and then was told "we're not interested in your offer" to at least consider another vehicle to purchase? This dealership is ridiculous. They obviously do not care about their customers. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM! As a side note, this isn't the first time that a business delivered bad service to me. But, this is the first time that I have ever felt the need to write about the bad service that was delivered to me. Maybe this was just a bad day for Camelback Ford, Matthew Wykoff and the Sales Representative that helped me. Or, maybe this is just the way that they do business. I would really be interested to review their business model/customer service model. This company takes the cake as the WORST car dealership that I have ever visited. No thank you, Camelback Ford. Worst. Dealership. Ever. Do not trust a word they say. On their website and over the phone the stated the vehicle was new - then when we got to the dealership we found out the vehicle had 8000 miles! Hardly their website and over the phone the stated the vehicle was new - then when we got to the dealership we found out the vehicle had 8000 miles! Hardly a new vehicle. They wanted to go over paperwork before showing us the vehicle, and now I know why. It had been in an accident! You could see the damage while approaching the vehicle. And the "manager" first claimed that there was no damage and then would not agree that it was in an accident. Oh I'm sorry you don't think it's an accident, but an impact to a vehicle is a collision, also referred to as an accident. Everyone at the dealership were not only liars, but also extremely rude. Save your time and anger and go to a different dealership. More
