The overall experience was wonderful and Ed, Antonio and Scott ensured a prompt transaction as promised. Drove 6 hours to buy "internet special" to find the price was $4000 more than advertised!!! I had called from a dealership in Lordsburg, NM to verify price. Pete said that the only additional charg the price was $4000 more than advertised!!! I had called from a dealership in Lordsburg, NM to verify price. Pete said that the only additional charge would be TTL and a $1750 Dealer Package. Dealer in Lordsburg said they couldn't sell the truck at that price. Pete said, "They don't know what we can do." He told me I wouldn't have to qualify for incentives or rebates. Dealer in Lordsburg said I'd have to qualify for every incentive Ford offers to get that price on truck. Got to Phoenix, No Pete. Adam brought out the truck and gave me the price. Not even close to the $28055 ad. I would never do business with Camelback Ford. I sent an e-mail to the dealership to complain, and didn't get a reply. Posted on their Facebook page, and it was filtered out. They only post positive responses. More
I am very pleased with the sales people, particularly Michael McAdams. I was not pleased with the high pressure from the finance manager, Ray Garcia, to purchase the MPP (probably to get a commission). Michael McAdams. I had been at the dealer for over 6 hours waiting for a F250 with the features I wanted to be located at another dealer, so I was exhausted and impatient when I met with Ray Garcia to sign the contract. He spent a lot of time explaining the MPP, for which I indicated I was not interested. He put it on the contract anyway and with gross misjudgement I signed it (I would have confessed to anything by then). I returned the following day to cancel the MPP. It took until 11/2 to get credited at the lender. Too bad this one episode resulted in my rating for "Overall Experience" to be only "OK". More
My wife and entered in a contract to purchsae two vehicles. One was a 2013 F-150 the other a 2013 CMAX. We were very clear about have no out of pocket cash, and were assured that this was not an is vehicles. One was a 2013 F-150 the other a 2013 CMAX. They explained that I had approximately 2900.00 in rebates from extras I had purchased on one of my trade in's. What we didn't realize was that they had applied the 2900.00 to both contracts showing a cash down payment. They procedeed to fund the 2013 F-150 and then contacted us saying we had not made our down payment of the 2013 CMAX. When I explained that we agreed to no out of pocket down payment we were told by by the finance director that they were not going to eat the 2900.00 at which time I asked to have my two other trade in's used for the CMAX ready for us to pick up to terminate the breached contract. I was then told by the finance director that this was not his problem he only deals with loans and sent me over to Ed in Sales. Ed proceeded to tell me he would look into it and call us back. My wife then called a couple of hours later and Ed told her that they were not able to find the vehicles at that time and would call us back. Ed never returned the call and now when we call the dealership they send us directly to an extension VM. We are now currently driving a Vehicle around with expired Temp tags and have no resolution on our deal. We have been treated poorly by several of the staff at the dealership. I would not recommed this dealership to even my worst enemy. Sincerely, Chad More

The manager nick introduce us to Antonio Dominguez he is a well exprienced and very helpful he answered all our question and calls us to see if everything is going well with our New Ford Explore. Thank you this has made Camelback Ford the dealership that we will choose , we have told our friends and family they should see Camelback Ford for and new/used car they are looking for.THANKS AGAIN Camelback Ford Nick and antonio.
