Bait & switch and unethical practices of advertising and sales...02/13/2013. date of initial contact with dealership...After visiting the lot (there for oil change) the pricec were too high on the cars and sales...02/13/2013. date of initial contact with dealership...After visiting the lot (there for oil change) the pricec were too high on the cars that I liked but before I left the salesperson and manager said they could make a deal on a new 2013 Mustang for a slight bit more as my credit was now really good and I would have no problem getting approved. but I said no. The next day the salesperson called me and said there was a $5000 President's Day rebate and that they could make the 2013 Mustang deal. The deal was that the dealership would pay off my car and get me into a 2013 mustang for 0 down and 0 interest and my payments woudl either be equal or lower then my current payment of $387.00. She told me that I needed to come in right away as the sale ended at the close of President's Day. When I returned to the lot on 02/17/2013 my original salesperson, who called me about being able to make the deal, was "busy" so another salesperson took me for a test drive of the the 2013 Mustang which was offered to me on 02/13/2013. I test drove the car and loved it. When we got back to the lot and started to discuss price again the test drive salesperson said the car I drove was a 2014 and that the original salesperson had made a mistake. He said he had sold all of the 2013 Mustangs the day before and he had none left. I went home and saw the advertisement still posted for the 2013 $17,899 (actually the ad was posted until yesterday) 02/20/2013. I called the Manager as I was so angry and he said he would order the 2013 Mustang from another dealer and that another manager would call me the next day and have all of the paperwork ready to go to make the original deal. No one called. On 02/20 I posted a review of my negative experience on the dealers facebook account and I posted it on my facebook account as well. On 02/21/2013 I received a call from the original salesperson and she apologized about the mixup blaming the "testdrive" salesperson saying that he did not know about our agreement and that I should come in after I got off work to close the deal. She told me they now had a white and black 2013 Mustang for me to choose from. I reluctantly agreed to come in as she sounded highly excited and sincere. At 5:15 the salesperson called me and said she had not heard back from the banks yet and did not want me or her to waste our time. I reminded her about our conversation and she said would not be a problem but that she thought I should wait to come in. Interestingly enough my negative review I posted on the dealers site is now gone as is the negative review on MY facebook account/along with my friends responses. The dealers online ad for the 2013 Mustang $17,899 is still there under "specials" and of course I have not heard back from the dealer. Desired Settlement: Apology Desired Outcome: I would like an apology and a phone call to the Owner of the Dealership if possible as the "Managers" behaved unethically as well. I would like their business practices modified to protect other consumers from Camelback Ford. I am a professional woman who works at a well respected local University and I intern at local government Hospital while earning my Masters degree. I am in the middle of my final class while working and doing my internship so my life it very busy and stressful. (however, I love what I do and am very blessed.) Even though I told the original salesperson and the manager about my schedule they still felt it appropriate to tell me to come in to make the deal before the end of President's Day so I would not miss out on the "sale" and then loose "the deal." Thank you More
I was sold a lemon. I tried to get the dealership to pay for or reimburse my repairs. I was promised that would happen by Jordan and other staff. After many weeks of getting the run-around, I was finally to for or reimburse my repairs. I was promised that would happen by Jordan and other staff. After many weeks of getting the run-around, I was finally told that I will not get anything reimbursed. There is still a fault light on. I stalled after driving at 75mph. The car told me to pull over safely. Turns out, My hybrid battery was over heating. I had not driven it more more than 250 miles before that happened. It stalled on the highway in the middle of the night. Good thing I canceled my $1500 down payment. That will at least pay for some of the mechanical errors. More

Overall Francis was there when I needed him, he repsonded quickly and tried to help any way he could. The people were great!!! I mean it was even fun compared to other dealerships that I have been to. For instance, they made a bet where I would wave to them as I took the car out for a test drive and they g to other dealerships that I have been to. For instance, they made a bet where I would wave to them as I took the car out for a test drive and they gave me a buck to do it! Those little things go along way with me. Anyways, most of all they offered a no haggle pricing at all for the car that I wanted and gave me all the incentives that I wanted as well. All in all, they were great and I totally recommend going there! Thanks! More

Fantastic Service. We just stopped in to take a quick look, Joseph was absolutely in tune with what we were looking for, never made it over to Dodge. We are extremely hapy with the purchase, especially a look, Joseph was absolutely in tune with what we were looking for, never made it over to Dodge. The overall experience was wonderful and Ed, Antonio and Scott ensured a prompt transaction as promised. The only MINOR negative was $300 loaded on the vehicle for "paint protectant" and wasn't disclosed t Scott ensured a prompt transaction as promised. The only MINOR negative was $300 loaded on the vehicle for "paint protectant" and wasn't disclosed to me but I discovered in finance office. Other than that "snake oil" purchase I am pleased and will buy from CB Ford in the future. More

Drove 6 hours to buy "internet special" to find the price was $4000 more than advertised!!! I had called from a dealership in Lordsburg, NM to verify price. Pete said that the only additional charg the price was $4000 more than advertised!!! I had called from a dealership in Lordsburg, NM to verify price. Pete said that the only additional charge would be TTL and a $1750 Dealer Package. Dealer in Lordsburg said they couldn't sell the truck at that price. Pete said, "They don't know what we can do." He told me I wouldn't have to qualify for incentives or rebates. Dealer in Lordsburg said I'd have to qualify for every incentive Ford offers to get that price on truck. Got to Phoenix, No Pete. Adam brought out the truck and gave me the price. Not even close to the $28055 ad. I would never do business with Camelback Ford. I sent an e-mail to the dealership to complain, and didn't get a reply. Posted on their Facebook page, and it was filtered out. They only post positive responses. More
I am very pleased with the sales people, particularly Michael McAdams. I was not pleased with the high pressure from the finance manager, Ray Garcia, to purchase the MPP (probably to get a commission). Michael McAdams. I was not pleased with the high pressure from the finance manager, Ray Garcia, to purchase the MPP (probably to get a commission). I had been at the dealer for over 6 hours waiting for a F250 with the features I wanted to be located at another dealer, so I was exhausted and impatient when I met with Ray Garcia to sign the contract. He spent a lot of time explaining the MPP, for which I indicated I was not interested. He put it on the contract anyway and with gross misjudgement I signed it (I would have confessed to anything by then). I returned the following day to cancel the MPP. It took until 11/2 to get credited at the lender. Too bad this one episode resulted in my rating for "Overall Experience" to be only "OK". More
