An Absolute Dream I didn’t come in expecting to get a car. Honestly, I just planned on browsing and seeing my desired price slowly deteriorate until I decided enough wa I didn’t come in expecting to get a car. Honestly, I just planned on browsing and seeing my desired price slowly deteriorate until I decided enough was enough and left, but this whole experience different. Eric was very helpful and professional. It felt like it wasn’t just a sale for him, it felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get the car of my dreams and that’s all I ever wanted. The paperwork was possibly the fastest I’ve ever done. I was in and out in 2 hours, this includes browsing multiple cars and even test driving two of them! Eric is THE MAN!!!! I had a negative first experience with the used car salesman my first car purchase. I didn't want to go back to Camelback ford after the experience at I had a negative first experience with the used car salesman my first car purchase. I didn't want to go back to Camelback ford after the experience at Camelback Lincoln. But I'm glad I did. I would recommend Eric as your person. He listens to what you want in a car and asked if I was happy with the car I picked. And David or Dustin for financing they were great. I didn't feel pressured like at the other place to buy a car. I'm going to buy my truck here when I'm ready for my next car and Eric you better be there!!! More

Three Hour Wait after Scheduled Oil Change We made an appointment for noon a few weeks ago while in Phoenix. After making the appointment, we got two text messages confirming the appointment. We arrived about a half hour early for the appointment and was told it would be at least three hours before the oil could be changed! The customer service representative told me that the appointment just puts me in line for an oil change. This is terrible. I get all my Ford service done at my local dealer who bends over backwards to provide excellent service. Avoid this dealership. You should be ashamed, Camel-crack Ford! More
