I am extremely pleased with the car, Lane and the dealership. From the minute I walked in the front door, I felt welcome. I was promptly greeted, offered a beverage and Lane was there in a matter of minutes. I was asked what I was looking for in a car, how much I wanted to pay monthly, etc. It was all about me! I appreciate everything Lane did for me and most especially his customer service. Excellent experience. I would recommend Lane and the dealership. By the way, I love the car. More
I came to Camelback Ford for my first new vehicle experience. It was time give up my 1997 F150 and see what's new for 2013, and I left with a beautiful 4x4 STX at a reasonable price. I'm glad to remain a Ford guy (a company who not only stayed alive but thrived while GM and Chrysler took plundered money from the American people) and I'm glad to be a Camelback customer from now on. This Was Truly The Worst Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had. This Dealership Is A Complete Joke And I Don't Know How They Are Still In Business. I went in to buy a nice used truck. Instead, some headache of a mircle happend that I drove off the lot with 2 vehicles that at the time thought would help out. Then once we went to fiancing that is where most of the sales and dealership people true colors came out. I received the jackel and hyde treatment. I was a first time buyer that got taken advantage of. We test drove a newer 2012 fusion and ended up leaving with a 2010 fusion with tires missing chunks on the side and rims mis-matched. To top it off, we had to fight with them change out the tires because we paid for a 130 or whatever inspection which is total bull and that was a waste of money! 2 days later and after fighting them with the tires, my check engine came on and the warranty refuses to fix it and they wanted me to pay $100. What good is a manufacture warranty when they do not want to honor it? On our 2nd vehicle, my husband nearly pierced his foot with 2 pieces of metal sticking out of the floor. Also the brakes were so bad you heard them grinding. We had to force them to fix it along with the brakes. They finally did fix the flooring but seems like they sprayed dirt off or oil the brakes but not change them. This took like a week of arguing and threatening to leave my vehicles and ask for my money back for them to fix it. From the time we went to test drive both cars and a month later, I found out that none of the banks wanted to finance the 2nd vehicle and were threatened to take my 2nd loan because of they history they had and keep me in 2 lemons. This made me so angry that they didn't want to take responsibilty on their end for a reputation they imprinted in my mind of such a horrible dealership this was. Of course that is the nature of being a salesman. They feel they can take advantage of you and not look twice if you get screwed in the end. Hopefully this will through to them that I am not happy and will stop calling me to do business with them. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! More
One of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I mainly did it thru the internet to start and the next available Saturday they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and had the deal worked up I mainly did it thru the internet to start and the next available Saturday they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and had the deal worked up. The whole process took about 3 hours. Would definitly go back when I am looking for a new vehicle. Our salesman Antonio Dominguez was great!! He was very knowledgeable on the car we purchased. He walked us thru all the inside and outside options. Very good experience over all. More
