I had come from Bell Ford and they had tried to sell me a Platinum F-150 with the ecoboost saying it was a v-8. So I came down to Camelback Ford and found Steven. I was reluctant to go inside and waste my ti Platinum F-150 with the ecoboost saying it was a v-8. So I came down to Camelback Ford and found Steven. I was reluctant to go inside and waste my time with the same run around. He showed me that they had the exact truck I wanted! Even threw in a leveling kit and still had a better price than Bell! It was a great experience. I just got my leveling kit put in by Hawk in service! These guys are awesome and I will be sending my friends and co workers down! More

As it is their job to be friendly, they were. The price of the vehicle was as expected. Every other portion of the buying experience ranked low in my experience. I was there for around 5 hours. I was initially turned down for the first car I applied for, under the circumstance that my current motorcycle loan be paid off (I was unable to afford the bike and car at the same time). The manager, Ken Chavis, said that this was possible. As I was not able to get the first vehicle I moved on to a new selection, which went through. For 3 weeks I called and walked in to the store to inquire about the check to pay off my motorcycle, which I was repeatedly told was a part of the deal, and was being finalized. After this period of time, a different manager called and informed me that the amount to pay off the motorcycle had not been added to the second vehicle purchase contract, and was only on the first, which i was not approved for. Regardless of the fact that I was told over and over that the motorcycle payoff was a part of the deal, these slithering salesmen found a way to slink around it, and refuse to do anything to even attempt correcting the issue. I have been reduced to borrowing from friends and family in order to pay off the motorcycle, since, as I stated earlier and was VERY sure to mention to the dealership multiple times, I can not afford both payments at once. The worst part is I had people I wanted to refer to these guys, and planned to be a repeat customer as far as vehicle additions, maintenance, and future purchases, but they let that fly out the window over 1 thousand dollars. Thanks for nothing, other than a nice car. Terrible experience, I would not recommend anyone buying here. More

Turns out my sales rep Kaytlynn, was very knowledgeable, showed me the exact 2013 Mustang GT equipped the way I was looking for. Ron the sales manager was very professional and after some friendly negotiations I received a deal I was very happy with. I was even very happy with the finance manager Karl who made the less than comfortable experience of signing endless papers quite relaxed and enjoyable. I never felt any member of the staff pressured me with up sales or packages I didn't want. I have been a lifetime GM guy, however I think Ford gave me the best product at the best price. More
I received a call from a new sales person going through services records wanting to see if I was interested in a vehicle purchase. I went in for the first visit I had made and met with a sales representative named Conrad. He showed me around I found a vehicle that I was interested in, they looked at my trade and a sales manager named Robert visited with me and showed me the numbers. They didn't look good so I thanked them for their time and left. Two weeks go by and another new sales person calls me named Sam calls me and tells me that its the first of the month and sometimes they can make the deal work. I made an appointment clearly letting him know that they were unable to work a deal the last time. I enter the building and could not remember the sales persons name and was brought to the front desk. I told them that Robert (manager from before) had confirmed the appointment with me and he looks up at me and says, "I remember you from before, I told you we can't work a deal, I don't know why your back." I should have ran then. I met with Sam and made it very clear I did not want to work with Robert. I told him I wanted the explorer sport which they did not have on the lot. I went back inside and met with Ken the sales manager. They showed me numbers that worked, found a vehicle that they told me was a sport package and said they could have it from another dealer in 1 1/2 hour. At this time I have been in the dealership for 4 hours started the paper work and left to wait while they work out a trade. I ask whats going on and they say they can not get the vehicle tonight. I tell them to call me tomorrow when they have the car and I will return. Robert of all people calls me @ 0800 and wants to know if I want the vehicle. I tell him to have Ken call me. I get a call later that day from Sam who is leaving to pick up the vehicle which turns out is not a sport. I end up going back to the dealership to find a sport with John and Sam which they find in Kingman AZ. They tell me they can have it ready the next day so I go to finance. The finance guy is trying hard but its his first deal and I have been here 5 hours. They finally get Karl to work the deal, I sign all the paperwork and get a plate for the vehicle. The next day I never get a call in the am as promised and finally call them when I get done with work. I speak with Ken and tell him that I will be at the dealership at 8am the next day to take delivery of the vehicle and to call with any problems. Ken assures me he will have it ready and will call every step of the way. I receive no call and go to the dealership at 8am after working all night in the hospital. Low and behold, Ken tells me that I said 10am and the vehicle is not ready. I tell Ken the only way that I will make a deal at this point if the GM calls me to discuss all the issues that have transpired. I leave again and call Ford Corp. to discuss the situation with them. After speaking to ford and being told that the vehicle will be ready at 10am I let them know I will call later to arrange. I never get a call from the GM however Ron calls telling me that the lease was not approved and blames it on me getting working with another dealer. He tells me he can get it approved with $2000 which I tell him I will discuss after everything is ready and the GM contacts me. Today he tells me that Ford will not sign off on the lease and there is no deal. During this time, their was not even ONE single promise kept by anyone at this dealership with returned calls or follow through. If you want to be treated poorly, make an appointment with this dealership. More

He told me to call him first for anything or with any questions that may come up. He even called me a few times to make sure that everything is going great with my car, and re-assured me that he would always be there for me. In my book that is customer service above and beyond what you would expect. NO wonder they call him " Superman" More
Mike was very helpful in finding the vehicle I was interested in without that feeling you normally get at a dealership (being attacked). The one I wanted was not at their lot but they got it to me tha interested in without that feeling you normally get at a dealership (being attacked). The one I wanted was not at their lot but they got it to me that day(literally within hours it was awesome) I was thouroughly impressed with his knowledge of the 2013 Fusion I purchased. It made me feel very reassured and confident in my choice of vehicle. I really have nothing bad to say about my experience and I am glad i have found a salesman that I can trust and send my family to. Mike will forever be my auto salesman and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality deal on a vehicle without the typical Dealer salesman barrage. Mike your AWESOME! More
