I came to the Ford dealership looking to replace my old car that was going to cost more to fix than what it was worth. I met with Tim who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The management staff worked hard to make sure everything went smooth and make the process quick and as simple as possible, with that I'm glad to say that they completed the process very efficiently. Like any dealership the worst part to dread was the finance department, but to my surprise unlike any other dealership, I found the finance department to be quite different. The gentlemen were extremely proficient as well, they walked me through all the details, every step of the way to ensure everything worked for me. while being swift enough that I felt like I was out of there in no time.
