We'd just had a bad experience at another dealership and were feeling pretty leary of used car salesmen and dealerships when we arrived at Camelback Ford. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Adian Mang and were feeling pretty leary of used car salesmen and dealerships when we arrived at Camelback Ford. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Adian Mangabang - who was bright eyed and bushy tailed even though it was nearly 8:00 pm. I always like working with younger salespeople because I find that they tend to be "hungrier" for the sale - and Adian was no exception. Adian showed us all the cars on the front lot that met our criteria and, when none of those worked, he dug deep and found us a Mazda 6 on the back lot that had been cleared for sale but that had not yet been inspected or detailed. Once we decided on that car, Adian worked with the assistant sales manager, Matt, to get us a price $2,000 below blue book. Adian assured us that he would get the car in for inspection and detailing the following day and made good on that promise - he even came in early to make sure the car was first in line for the day. Later that day, Adian called to tell me that the car delivery would be delayed because the car needed new tires. Immediately, I was concerned that the dealership was going to try to increase our agreed upon sales price to cover the cost of the tires. I talked to Adian about my concerns and he said he'd do his best to ensure the price was honored; he succeeded! When I picked up the car, I financed it at the previously agreed upon price even though the dealership had invested $1,500 in repairs and tires. I highly recommend Adian Mangabang at Camelback Ford. He is friendly, ambitous and will "fight" to help ensure his clients walk away happy. More

If I could give this dealership a 10 I would! We got the best service, deal, car ever! They made miracles happen! And ours sales guy treated us to McDonalds. They gave us a really good deal, low payments, and a great warranty. I know that car dealerships are in the business for ripping people off, but for the first time I didn't feel that way at all! I will always buy from this dealership in the future. Sales (Youch) said buy car today with blower problem, we'll fix tomorrow. Upon return, service said no one would sign off -can't fix. Salesman said I'll get my Mgr Brett to ok it. Brett called, left a voice mail on my cell saying "Just spoke with Peter Youch... thank you for bringing us 3 sales in 14 mos (2 mine, one my sister in law) - we value your business and we're certainly going to fix it. "...never did after three visits and a dozen calls...service rep actually told me "Maybe you should bring in your phone and play the recording...".I said I'm ready to buy again with a family member recently located here... I can't believe you'd lose future sales over a $200 repair that was needed, acknowledged, and promised at the point of sale". Meineke in Ahwatukee fixed it for around $200, and my wife bought another vehicle from Earnhardt and I'm looking at another Towncar from Sanderson soon. My sister in law bought a new Ford from Earnhardt, even though she really liked Peter who sold her her last car. Would have preferred to stay with Camelback...nice setting, courteous reception, but they obviously didn't care about me. I'm a car guy from Detroit...love shopping for cars and referring other people. I'm still helping neighbors and co workers shop for cars because I enjoy it...but now I look at several dealers instead of one. More
