I have to say up front that this was, without a doubt, the best new-car experience I have had to date. I think I can speak for my husband as well. First of all, and most important, is that Rebecca R the best new-car experience I have had to date. I think I can speak for my husband as well. First of all, and most important, is that Rebecca Rideout, our salesperson, really earned her sales commission before and during the sale of our 2010 Honda Accord (which we love, by the way). In any case, Rebecca was professional and very personable. I know her job is to sell cars, but we never felt pressured to buy something we didn't want or couldn't afford. She knew what we were looking for, and she delivered. She did make some suggestions that were reasonable, and when we said that we were not interested, that was that. Philip, the accessory sales manager, presented certain products to us, but again, like Rebecca, he was not obnoxious, trying to force us to buy things we didn't want or need. Again, we knew what we wanted and that's what we bought. No pressure. No lies. No badgering. Philip is a nice guy who is just doing his job and he does it well. Last but not least, there's Matthew in finance. He would be that guy that everyone dreads in a car dealership. But he's not. Matthew gave us some great advice with respect to the financing of our car (to which we agreed), but that was all. He gave a presentation on some extended warranties, but we were in a hurry and had to come back the following day to complete the sale. He was probably hoping we'd change our minds and buy the expensive products that he was selling. But again, like Rebecca and Philip, there was no pressure and no badgering to buy things we didn't want. We thought for sure that with 24 hours for him to come up with deceptive and harrasing ways to try to force us to spend beyond our means he would come at us like so many of those obnoxious car salespeople we all hear so much about. But not Matthew. And not Philip. And not Rebecca. If their bosses read this review, they might be concerned that these employees didn't do their job by trying to coerce us into buying all the extras. But rest assured, boss, that these employees are the reason I would buy another car from your dealership and why I would recommend them to my family and friends. That has to be worth so much more than the few hundred extra dollars we could have spent. More
I bought a brand new odyssey...I love it!!!! The sales person was friendly, and honest. He listened to evrything I had to say. He found the exact car i wanted, answered all my questions. And it was delivered when they indicated. I felt treated very fairly with the pricing as I had done a lot of homework. Cambridge did everything to close the deal. He returned calls and put me in touch with an alternate person (in case). Perhaps what I was most impressed with was the time jerry with me once I took the car. I bet he spent over 1 hour with me showing me the various features and I'd like to think that it wasn't because I somehow lacked ability to assimilate the info. Cambridge actually gave me a price over the net (it was negotiable as it turns out) but other dealers were going to make me come into their showroom. That was totally defeating the purpose. Cambridge did everything to close the deal. The sales staff (Kurt) was wonderful. He returned calls and put me in touch with an alternate person (in case). Perhaps what I was most impressed with was the time Kurt spent with me once I took the car. I bet he spent over 1 hour with me showing me the various features and I'd like to think that it wasn't because I somehow lacked ability to assimilate the info. He even took the time to help me with my iPhone so it would work with the hands free. I have to say that I had a terrific experience. I did buy my last car at Cambridge and have used their service department ever since. As wonderful as sales is, service has done a great job. Laura (not sure if that's her name)is fabulous on the front service desk. So in my experience, Cambridge has the breadth and depth of a first rate car dealership and outstanding customer service! We loved doing business with Rebecca so much we came back and purchased a second car (HONDA CRV 2000) from her. Our first purchase with Rebecca was a Honda Civic 2000 (New). I still own the CRV and when I'm ready for a replacement guess who I'm going to for a new car again? More

At least this is true with the salesman that I worked with. I left the dealership feeling being tricked! Can't believe this is the way they do business! When I got home, I read their reviews on another major review site and saw countless of 1 and 2 stars. Always ask them to list all the fees on PAPER before agreeing on a deal. Do not trust what they say because they intend to be vague and mislead you. Alway check and double check again before signing any agreement. Otherwise you may end up paying more than what you thought they had offered. I have friends and relatives who are going to buy cars and I will definitely tell them to stay away from this dealership More

I called in advance for pricing on a car starter. I was quoted 300 dollars more than the surrounding dealerships, because they were trying to sell me a honda starter only when they also provide "after mark quoted 300 dollars more than the surrounding dealerships, because they were trying to sell me a honda starter only when they also provide "after market" starts which are 300 dollars less. I was told I did not need an appointment to just come by early morning and it would be taken care of for the price of 400 dollars. I arrived at the dealership 2 days later as discussed with the service representative on the phone. I spent the first 15 minutes waiting for someone to pay attention to me and during that time they discussed who was to drunk when they left the dealership the night before and how hungover they were today. When they finally decided to attended to the customers in line I was told not only did I need an appointment but I would have to leave the car all day in which they would not provide me with alternate transportation and it would be over 400 dollars for the starter. Anytime I tried to speak they said "sorry don't know who would have said that" before I could even finish a sentence. They were rude and unprofessional and I would never return there again. I left and went to Everette they did it in 1 hour with no appointment and for 399 dollars. More
This is our third lease from Cambridge. It seems to get easier each time. I got a reminder about two months in advance, called and set an appointment and in a couple of hours I had my new Accord. I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership and I have been a repeat customer for a reason. I have found that at other dealerships the customer service is far below par level, and the entire process have been a repeat customer for a reason. I have always left Cambridge Honda with a great feeling of the purchased vehicles, and the management is not only friendly and helpful, but has always gone out of their way to explain options to me to make sure I have made the best, most educated decision. I feel when you purchase a vehicle at Cambridge Honda, you are family, and well taken care of. I have referred about 7 or so friends and family members to purchase vehicles at this dealership, and they have all raved about their process, people, and quality. Never have I or any of them ever come across an issue or problem with this establishment. This dealership is run like a business that takes care of their customers for the long run, not like a circus where you get thrown around at all the ringleaders. There are plenty of Honda dealerships in the area, however, if you want to enjoy the experience of purchasing a vehicle, I suggest and recommend highly you take a visit to Cambridge Honda. More
