I told him exactly what I wanted for a 36 month lease, sign and drive, for 15K miles a year. I was paying $376 on my Toyota Sienna and was hoping to save a few bucks. Acton Toyota wanted $410 with a $1,000 down. I got my Sienna for $307/mo. sign and drive. When I came down to the dealership, I met with Kathy Lemus who is a bundle of energy and answered all our questions. She is a very good salesperson and laid out everything we needed to do. There was no bait and switch, hidden charges, or any manipulative sales practices that you sometimes see at dealerships. They went all the way up to Maine to find the Odyssey with the color and options we wanted. Picking up the car was easy, with Marat quickly getting us through the paperwork. Car was prepped well, they took care of the registry/plates and took my old plates to return to the registry. Great job Cambridge Honda, I will refer anyone and everyone that is looking for a Honda to them. More

Danny's rating is way off the charts as far as we're concerned: a mere “5” simply does not give him his justice due. Last week, well after service hours, my husband and I brought our Honda Civic Hy concerned: a mere “5” simply does not give him his justice due. Last week, well after service hours, my husband and I brought our Honda Civic Hybrid in for an appointment that was scheduled due to warning lights that had appeared on the display. We fully expected to complete the questions on the drop-off envelope, insert the car key, and drop the envelope in the slot. Danny was about to leave with his coat on and carrying case in tow. Instead of heading out the door, he patiently answered my questions about warranty information and offered to check the status on the computer. Much to our surprise (and potential delight), he determined that the warranty for the hybrid battery expired on that very day. He ensured that our car was entered in the system so that we were eligible for a new battery, if needed. Well, it turned out that the hybrid battery did need to be replaced and we were covered by the warranty. THIS IS INCREDULOUS---eight years to the day!!!! Without Danny’s exemplary, service-oriented mindset, we would have been out of luck. WE ARE EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE OF HIS EFFORTS!!! More
This was the easiest transaction ever! I turned in my Honda Ridgeline lease two months early. She was friendly & genuinely seemed to want to help us. We test drove the CRV as well as the 2010 Accord Coupe. We were not sure which vehicle would be the best for us. Rebecca ran numbers on both models to see which was better for us. The entire "deal" process took a few days. Rebecca constantly checked in with me to make sure I had no questions. She even went to the extent of giving me her cell phone number so I could reach her. My husband and I are so excited with our new car. Thank you to everyone at Cambridge Honda. More

I had a great experience in buying my Honda Accord from Cambridge Honda. Prior to purchasing, I did my proper due diligence, visiting a number of local dealerships, requesting quotes, taking test drive Cambridge Honda. Prior to purchasing, I did my proper due diligence, visiting a number of local dealerships, requesting quotes, taking test drives, etc., and I went with Cambridge strictly because of my salesman, Jerry Jules. The sales environment was low pressure (almost too low pressure, but appreciated) and never was I pressured into making a decision. In fact, I left the dealership twice without any resistance from Jerry or his manager. All that was said when I left both times (paraphrased) "let us know if there is any way we can help you with making your decision". I experienced much more aggressive sales tactics from other dealerships (Honda and non-Honda), some referencing this website as proof that Cambridge would not come through. Although fully aware of their low ratings (admittedly, creating some skepticism), I felt confident that Jerry could deliver... and he did. Additionally, Cambridge is aware of their low ratings and they are working hard to improve on it. This can be a great advantage to a buyer that is educated in car buying (see edmunds.com, kbb.com, nada.com, consumer reports, etc.), as Cambridge works hard to match or beat the best prices and will bend over backwards to address every concern (unsure of other sales reps, but the case for Jerry). I have not brought my car in for servicing so I can't speak to that department, but I intend to - I will write a report on my experiences there after a few times in. More
