Gene was knowledgeable and helpful, but just not the salesperson for me. We simply had different styles. However, when I returned the next day and met with Bobby, I felt comfortable and was able to completely understand all of the details about the car I was considering. When I asked if I could bring the pre-owned car to my local mechanic to get checked out (since it was not a certified pre-owned), Bobby even encouraged it. And the mechanic ended up telling me it was a great car! Bobby helped me through the process of buying my first car and was patient when I could not come pick-up the car on the day we had agreed to. I left feeling like I had gotten a great deal on a car I really liked. More
Brought my 98 Buick Riviera in for a Service Engine Soon light and knew that it was going to be complicated but their technician took the time and fixed this right and it wasn't as expensive as my local mec light and knew that it was going to be complicated but their technician took the time and fixed this right and it wasn't as expensive as my local mechanic who tried to fix this problem and couldn't. I was very impressed with the technicians explanation of the issue and the steps he took to solve it.THANK YOU it runs GREAT! To top it off the car was washed and vacuumed. More

When my new car arrived, he took the time to show me how to use all the new features, including the navigation system, hooked up my cell phone to the car's audio system, helped me import my address book. I left the lot feeling I had gotten a great car, a great deal, and that I knew how to operate the new car features with ease. Overall, a seamless, stress-free experience. I have done business at Cambridge Honda for ten years and will continue to service my new car there. More

Joe got it all worked out and he made the sale and delivery happen! I strongly recommend Joe. He's a pro. More
I traded in my 2001 Honda Accord yesterday (April 22, 2011) for a 2011 CR-V and had a wonderful experience during the two days I worked with the dealership. Ruben and Joanne were both informative and friendly. I felt under no pressure whatsoever to reach a decision quickly and walked away confident that I got a fair price for my new vehicle. All the staff I worked with were professional, friendly, and willing to offer objective advice. I highly recommend Ruben and Joanne for their professionalism. I believe I could have gotten a somewhat higher trade-in price for my Accord if I had shopped around more aggressively. But on the other hand, the price they gave me for my new CR-V was lower than the national average sale price by about $500. And with 0.9 APR for 60 months I've ended up with a very reasonable monthly payment. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I had an AMAZING experience at Cambridge Honda, especially right after a terrible experience at Herb Chambers Honda on Comm Ave several weeks beforehand. Herb Chambers had me sitting around for hours, showed me cars outside my price range, didn't tell me until TWO HOURS after my arrival that the used cars I saw online were not actually on the lot anymore. At Cambridge Honda, Justin drove the used car I saw online TO ME so that I could drive it back as a test drive. He sold me the car at the price listed online and did not try to haggle. He was friendly (as was everyone onsite). No one made me feel uncomfortable or pressured me to spend more than I wanted. I have recommended Cambridge Honda to ALL my friends! (And I went on the recommendation of a friend, and after buying my car she earned $50 for bringing me in as new business!) More
I saw an add in Autosolutions Magazine and called dealership to inquire about one particular vehicle. Salesperson said that vehicle was available. I had originally gone to Hyundai in Framingham and had an AWFUL experience. My Santa Fe was in BAD shape and I was in desperate need of a new car. From the moment I walked through the doors at Honda, Rebecca was able to deliver! She was the most AMAZING person I have ever had to deal with in regards to getting a new car. She was informative, understanding, helped me through the process and made me so happy. She made the experience of having to get a new car enjoyable and unforgettable! I will most definitely be referring her to others and I will even be driving the extra 25 minutes to have my car serviced there (there is a Honda dealership 5 min from my house). I am 28 years old and this was my first new car purchase. Obviously it was all a little bit overwhelming and Joanne was very friendly and helpful. I walked into the dealership with my mind set on a new Insight and I love my new car! My overall experience with this purchase was not great however, due to a lot of the small details. After signing on the car on Tuesday, I said that I could pick up the car on Thursday between 12-2pm. I arrived at the dealer at 12:30 and was told that the car was not ready because they thought I was coming at 3pm. My sales person was not even at the dealership yet. So I grabbed lunch and killed an hour only to come back and wait almost two more hours. I had to resign the paperwork a second time due to the date on the first batch being exactly one year before (2010). When I finally got the keys to my new car and drove off the lot, the first thing I saw was that the tank was on EMPTY and the buzzer was sounding. I literally left the dealer parking lot, drove 100 feet and had to fill up. I didn't go back to the dealer at this point because I was already 3 hours late getting back to work. When I went back on Saturday for the inspection sticker, they did apologize and gave me a credit slip to fill up at a nearby gas station. For me, they lost it on overlooking these small issues. Each not altogether horrible, but the experience was less than satisfying. I walked in one day, agreed to purchase a car without any complicated back and forth and provided a sizable down-payment. Would it hurt you to go the extra mile in making this a smoother transaction for your "valued customer"? More
