I am SO happy with my recent purchase of my 2012 Civic coupe. I ended up at Cambridge Honda after test driving the car elseware. I couldnt have asked for a better salesman, Bobby Boyd, who assisted me in learning everything about my high tech car. He also was upfront about any questions i had and happily answered every one of them. Bobby and his boss Declan took care of me to say the least. They stayed in contact with me even on their days off so that i could be in my new car as soon as they got it. I really appreciate the honesty and loyalty they treated me with and believe they do a great job at treating all of their customers this way. The two times i went to Cambridge Honda, the other employees also treated me respectfully and were so friendly. I took a friend with me the first day to sign papers and she also loved Bobby's personality and said she would absolutely go back and buy a car through him. I couldnt be happier with my new car and wouldnt want anything else. The communication, purchase, and customer service were above and beyond expected which also made me feel even better about my new car. Bobby Boyd is extremely knowledgable about the cars, i bought a 2012 and he showed me EVERYTHING which is currently very high tech. I dealt with Declan and Bobby, suggest meeting them if you go in! They will make the experience amazing! More
I have no interest in cars other than to get me where I need to go--and dealing with leasing a car makes me very stressed. However, working with Bobby Boyd of Cambridge Honda actually made the process of leasing my 2012 Honda Accord a pleasure--not something I was expecting at all. He is very smart; professional; knowledgeable; and friendly. I hope Cambridge Honda pays him very well--because he is absolutely worth it! Give him a big raise! I stopped into Cambridge Honda as my lease was running out on my 2009 Honda Accord. I was pleased with the customer service in their service department in the past which prompted me to consider them for m out on my 2009 Honda Accord. I spoke with the Sales Manager, Eric, who quoted me a great price on a 2012 Honda Accord lease. The price was very fair right from the start so there was no long tiring negotiation process like you run into at the larger dealers. Eric passed me off to Senior Sales Consultant, Bobby Boyd, who did a great job handling the entire sales process. I went in there at 10am that morning and was able to come back pick up my new car by 3pm that afternoon. This was by far the best experience I have had buying or leasing a car. The whole staff at Cambridge Honda was friendly, honest and very easy to deal with. I plan on referring friends and buying future cars there as well. More
I was in the market shopping for a used Accord and stopped by Cambridge Honda and was introduced to Justin. I found Justin to be very personable and everything seemed to be in place for me to be able stopped by Cambridge Honda and was introduced to Justin. I found Justin to be very personable and everything seemed to be in place for me to be able to secure the kind of financing I wanted and own the car I had chosen. I did not however have a lot of flexibility in terms of the sources of financing I had because of my other financial obligations and to my dismay ultimately my own preferred lender declined my request for financing. Though I was disappointed with my situation and regretted causing a loss of business to Cambridge Honda and could not eventually close as planned, I was still very impressed with Justin and Cambridge Honda's integrity and professionalism in the matter. I have decided to wait a few months before attempting to secure financing again and will most definitely return back to Cambridge Honda. More
I went to Cambridge Honda with the intent of checking out their CPO cars, and ended up purchasing a brand new 2012 Civic EX. The experience was positive. Justin was a great sales person, who definitely knew the ins and outs of the Civic. Not once did I feel as though I was being pushed to buy the car. After some back an forth negotiating on the price of the vehicle, I was able to get it to a price that I thought was reasonable, with great financing options. Overall It was a relatively painless process, and Justin made it even better by being friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They even threw in some additional "gifts" including a free oil change and a tank of gas. Not to mention the bottle of celebratory champagne! I will definetely refer my friends and family to this dealership! More

I located this dealer on the internet through a U.S.News Purhase Program. They were one of 4 dealers in the program & they were not the first that i contacted.I contacted a NH dealer first & quickly realize Purhase Program. They were one of 4 dealers in the program & they were not the first that i contacted.I contacted a NH dealer first & quickly realized I had better continue my search.I contacted Joanne,Director of Internet Services for Cambridge Honda by phone, she was very helpful in checking her inventory to see if they had what i wanted & to acknowledge her dealer's participation in the program & at the price that the program had noted. She even gave me a "ballpark quote" on the values of my 2 trade-ins.She was friendly,knowledgeable,& to the point, not wanting to waste my time or theirs,how refreshing.I went down to them the next day fron NH to show them one of my trades to see if it would measure up to what i was told on the phone, OMG it was worth more! R U kidding me, unbelievable. It was then that I got introduced to sales consultant, Joe Torres & things even got better. He couldn't have been nicer,explaining the vehicle to me & always answering all my questions. He even introduced me to the servce department,the GM, & yes the Owner,Andy.When can u remember being treated like that? So needless to say i purchased a new Honda & Joe even delivered it to me in NH! From my internet search, to my first phone call, to the signing of my papers, to the final delivery,everybody was great!I believe that attitudes get passed down from the top,& in this case i could see why everyone was so positive & helpful after meeting & speaking to Andy, the owner.If you want a good buying experience where you are treated with respect, where you as a potential customer are #1,& you drive away happy & feeling you were treated fair, then this is the Dealer for you. From the get-go the customer service was triple AAA.Isn't that how we would want to be treated? I just leased a 2011 Honda Pilot from this dealership. I had gone to another dealer for a test drive but they refused to provide me with the detailed information I requested.
