We had an amazing experience working with Bobby Boyd at Cambridge Honda. We went in expecting to be overwhelmed by a sales pitch, but instead found the customer service to be extremely informative and with Cambridge Honda. Before I finalized my lease with Rebecca Rideout at Cambridge Honda, I had gone to three other dealerships in the area to get price quotes for a 2012 Civic Coupe LX. None of the other dealers I had bee Cambridge Honda, I had gone to three other dealerships in the area to get price quotes for a 2012 Civic Coupe LX. None of the other dealers I had been in contact with showed the same level of courtesy, respect, skill, and knowledge as Rebecca did. Also, my past experiences leasing a car left me with a rather colorless, cynical impression of the process. Working with Rebecca, everything was simple and straightforward. More importantly, she worked diligently to get the car to a price I was comfortable with. It was actually even better then what I anticipated. She kept me updated with each minor detail as the sale was progressing, sometimes calling with a status update even when she had a day off. I was also in the process of returning a leased car of a different make that was registered out of state. She went out of her way to get me information on how to do that here. This was long after I had signed the contract and driven the new car off the lot. I think that shows how hard she works and her level of dedication. If given the chance to do business with Rebecca again, I would, and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She is a pleasure to work with. She will show you the awards she's won for being awesome. She deserves all of them. More

Justin was our sales person, but that label just doesn't fit the description of Justin. He was so much more than a sales person, he was a friend. The purchase of our Honda Fit was the normal process but he fit the description of Justin. He was so much more than a sales person, he was a friend. He made the transition between their car and ours and the long process it involved a much more enjoyable adventure. The presetting of our favorite radio stations, the detailed analogy of the various features of the vehicle, the champagne presented to us, the personalized license plates that they went and got themselves. All of this added up to be the best possible en devour a consumer could ask for. He was friendly, informative, funny and very pleasant. He will be receiving a Christmas card from us. If in any way I could advertise for Cambridge Honda, I would put his face on the billboard!! More

I emailed an offer for a 2012 Accord and was surprised to get a response back in minutes. The next morning Marat the internet manager called me and offered me a lower counter offer. Minimal haggling about my trade.The exact car i emailed about was there with the exact stock number and price. The finance manager eric cummings was very knowlegeable and did extra research on rates even though i was already pre-approved.He got me a lower payment plan than i anticipated. After the sale was over and it was time to take delivery of my new car Justin Crosby who was not my original sales associate took me all around the dealer and introduced me to the head of every department service,bodyshop,parts etc..everyone was personal and offered advice told me a little about their functions. That meant alot to me. This dealer was 40 miles away from my house but it was worth the trip. i have no regrets. i bought a 2011 honda 10 months earlier and i did not get this kind of treatment on that deal. I am very much satisfied with my experience here. I was given a very good price and had no need to go through the hassel of bargaining. I told my wife that I had just had the best conversation I could imagine having with a car salesman. He just seemed to love cars. He impressed me so much that we went back to him to buy our new CR-V and he was extremely helpful at finding the car we were looking for as well as working with our bank on the loan.
