I just purchased a 2010 2 door Honda Accord from Cambridge Honda with the help of Bobby Boyd. Initially, I thought I'd end up with a Volvo or a VW, but after a test spin, trade-in value offered, high marks for Honda's cars, and great price with financing that was within my budget, I didn't continue to shop around and ended up switching brands to Honda. A lot of that decision making was based on my experience with Bobby. He spent over 4 hours with me answering all of my questions, providing a lot of information I didn't know about so I could make an informed decision having never purchased a car from a dealer before. I now have an amazing set of stylish wheels with low miles that's perfect for me and will last me for years. Bobby was patient, attentive, and a terrific resource that made me feel like I have an ally with Honda and at my local dealership. A great new relationship has begun. Overall, double thumbs up. More

I have to admit that I am a tough sell and generally suspicious and uneasy with car sales people. However, Justin Crosby is an extremely friendly and energetic guy and most important to me, genuine. He spent a lot of time helping to make sure I felt that my recently purchased 2012 Honda Accord was the right fit for me. I did not feel pressured at any point but felt that he was there to help me understand the vehicle in order to better make an informed decision. He even spent a good deal of time with me after I purchased the vehicle, helping me set up my bluetooth and XM stereo. I would absolutely recommend Cambridge Honda and working with Justin. You won't be disappointed. More

I worked with Justin Crosby for purchase of my new Honda Accord 2012. The overall experience was really great. On top of that I came to them with a quote for financing I received and they were able to go out and beat the best rate I could get as well. Bobby was a terrific help to my husband and I when we bought our car recently. He was patient, informative, and considerate. He is a great listener (to our questions) and an intuitive communicator -- that means a lot when one makes a big purchase like a car. He is also extremely thorough and provided extra help when we had a particular question about one of the car's features. He has great relationships with the service people at his dealership. He was able to field all our questions and answer them to our satisfaction. I felt we could call on him anytime, and that he could be trusted to follow up and get back to us promptly. He takes his job seriously and he really takes care of his customers; he is respectful and easy to do business with. I recommend him highly - not only is he very knowledgeable about the cars, but in addition, he allows the customers to explore all aspects of their prospective purchase. That is important-- his thoughtful and thorough service resulted in our feeling assured that we made the right choice of car. More

I recently purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. My wife and I are returning customers to Cambridge Honda (having purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from them the year before). My positive experience wit wife and I are returning customers to Cambridge Honda (having purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from them the year before). My positive experience with Cambridge Honda began with a phone call for a price quote. Despite telling them that it was my first quote call and I had no other quotes to compare it to, Cambridge Honda's initial quote was the lowest I received from 5 different Honda dealerships, beating all subsequent offers by $700-$3600. When confronted with Cambridge Honda's quote, other dealerships offered to match "after discussing it on the showroom floor." Arriving at Cambridge Honda, Rebecca Rideout was an extremely helpful and courteous sales consultant. I already knew the trim and colors I wanted, and with an hour's warning she retrieved a matching vehicle from her manager (who had taken it home on his day off) and had it waiting for us when we arrived. Rebecca felt honest, accommodating, and straightforward in her price negotiations. I never felt pressured, rushed, or otherwise like she was trying to employ some tactic to trick me into buying. She simply laid out all the numbers and offered the best prices I had received from any dealership as her initial offers. She presented me with the MSRP and trim costs like other dealerships had, but also provided us with print outs including the dealer invoice and the manufacturer recommended "hold-back" unprompted. I traded in a car as part of the purchase. Unlike some other dealerships, the sale price of the new vehicle and the trade-in value of the old vehicle were separate discussions, so there was no price "shell game." Though I asked for (but did not receive) Kelley Blue Book value on the vehicle, Cambridge Honda's initial counter-offer was within $50 of the next highest trade-in value I received at 2 other dealerships (and with a much better sales price for the new vehicle) and they ultimately threw in a $400 after-market remote starter as well bringing it to only about $500 under the KBB value despite my trade-in's Anti-Lock Brake light being on. I opted for the extended warranty, which was a bit pricey, but it had a long coverage period/distance and included protection plans & free repair for a wide range of exterior and interior surfaces which have been a problem for me in past vehicles. It may not be for everyone, especially if you are trying to save money, but for me the total out-of-pocket expense after the extended warrany was still below their initial quote minus trade-in plus closing costs/fees. Financing was simple and provided clear, understandable numbers at a reasonable rate with no early payment penalties. Granted there was a lot of paperwork (probably a dozen documents in triplicate ranging from envelope to legal paper size), but I wouldn't expect much less when creating a loan of thousands of dollars, transferring title/plates/registration, and an extended warranty. While I benefitted from being a returning customer, overall this experience at Cambridge Honda was friendly, open, non-stressful, and even fun. More
