They are not worth for a single star. Since we can't rate below that this I chose it. We went to see an used Honda Civic. They asked me to pay a deposit $500 and make an offer. If the deal does not go through, they will return the money. They forced us to make a decision on that day itself. When the deal did not go through, the guy who was at the negotiation table started yelling at us. He cursed at top of his voice, "be safe while traveling back, and make sure you car's wheels don't go off while traveling with the family". That was ridiculous comment I heard from a sales person. Even if the offer was not matching to his expectations, he could have told in a simple manner. When I told them I was going to give a bad review about the dealership and their attitude, they threatened me that they would take a legal action against me. What an atrocious behavior? More

So, my review is very positive of Bobby Boyd and Cambridge Honda in general! We bought a used CRV from Bobby about 4 years ago and he was such a pleasure to have to guide us through that purchase. When I was ready to trade that car in for a newer used CRV I called Bobby and he was again, an impeccable salesman. Seriously, he is a great guy, really gets it and listens to people and what they want. I hope to never have to buy a car from anyone else!! More
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Cambridge Honda, specifically Bobby Boyd. My dad bought his first Honda from Cambridge Honda about 21 years ago. Since then, he has purchased 3 Hon Cambridge Honda, specifically Bobby Boyd. My dad bought his first Honda from Cambridge Honda about 21 years ago. Since then, he has purchased 3 Hondas, my brother purchased 2 Hondas and I have purchased/leased 4. Over the past year, I have leased 3 cars, most recently being last month. Bobby was very attentive to my needs as well as my family's needs. 2 of the cars were leased for my kids. He took the time to ask them what they wanted as well as what was in the budget. We got a fair value on a trade we had, and he took the time (hours) to crunch numbers and compare with what other dealers were offering. I never felt any pressure from anyone there and am always treated with respect. Bobby went over the features of the cars with us and made sure the kids were comfortable with them (as well as me). In addition to Bobby in sales (which we have referred MANY to), the service department is awesome, specifically Danny C. He is very attentive to customers needs and is a caring face to see. We are now proud owners of a 2012 Civic SI, a 2013 Pilot and a 2013 Civic! We are all very happy and look forward to seeing Bobby in 3 years for new leases/purchases! (and I know he will still be there!). Of note, I live 1 mile away from a huge Honda dealership, but because of the way I (and other family members) were treated there years ago, we make the 20-30 minute drive to Cambridge Honda....well worth the trip! Keep up the great work! More
I cannot say enough about the great experience that I had with Cambridge Honda. Specifically, with Justin Crosby. The Lease on my new Honda Civic was a little on the complicated side as it was a new compan with Cambridge Honda. Specifically, with Justin Crosby. The Lease on my new Honda Civic was a little on the complicated side as it was a new company car and I was responsible for making sure all went smooth. That responsibility in turn, fell into Justin's lap. Justin's patience and expertise were invaluable to me and in making this all happen. Justin also continues to return all my calls if I have a question about my new Civic or even if it is to help me with something as simple (to him) as a blue-tooth connection. He is always willing to take time out of his busy day to help. He is a rare commodity. Many thanks to you - "Cambridge Honda" - not just for a terrific vehicle, but for a truly great experience (in what is usually grueling for me) and for connecting me to Justin. I don't recommend this dealership, my car been total since march and I have extended warranty on the vehicle, all the time I call this place they are always transferring my calls and no one has answers since march and I have extended warranty on the vehicle, all the time I call this place they are always transferring my calls and no one has answers or resolve the problem. In my opinion this is the worst customers services.i have calls this dealership multiple times and I have left multiple voice mail, so I finally went to the dealership no one was there to help me. One of the employee have told me that the employee from the finance department has quit or got fired. I ask the employee if I could speak to a manager for they could send out my warranty to the bank. So the employee told me he will resolve the matter and the Check will be sent. I went to the dealership on July 2, 2013 and Check hasn't been processed nor was I contacted to any steps that was taking... I am now left to pay off my fees where my warrantee was placed to do so for me. More
