Made an appointment on Saturday to view a car on Sunday. After an hour drive, was told that the car has been sold to CarMax and it had been posted online by mistake. Vehicle still on their website. This visit was for recall work--replacement/repair of the fuel pump module about which I received a communication from Honda. The notice instructed me to call the dealership to schedule an appointment f the fuel pump module about which I received a communication from Honda. The notice instructed me to call the dealership to schedule an appointment for the work which I did. The notice also said that the work would take about an hour and 15 minutes. However, when I checked in at the dealership for the work I was told it would take 2and a half to 3 hours; the notice said that the service department would give me a different time estimate for the time the work would take, but the person on the phone did not do this. Also, when I brought the car in they asked to confirm with me that I had less than a tank of gas, I had almost a full tank; neither the notice from Honda nor the person who made the appointment with me on phone, told me about this. Poor communication from Honda and the dealership! More
