I had a 10:30am appointment and didn’t get an update until 4pm, only to be told nothing would be done. Joe first insisted both catalytic converters had to be replaced because the secondary was rusted. T until 4pm, only to be told nothing would be done. The moment I asked for time to think, he switched his story and said we could just do the primary since it’s under warranty. When I called him out, he backtracked—even after telling me earlier, “You gotta do both, buddy.” Then he quoted $2,500 for the secondary and magically dropped it by $500. The price games, the attitude, and the lack of honesty were unacceptable. They wasted my time and completely lost my trust. More
