I know it was not my fault I didn't even open the hood didn't even have it long enough. Then Thay are fighting to see if warranty has to pay for it meanwhile I have no vehicle and they do not want to give me a rental when this is all their fault because I believe they knew it was going to break before I bought it they just wanted to see if they can scam the warranty into pain for it I was just a dumb middle man coming in and buying the car now they're acting dumb don't answer their phones they lie about when the car is going to be done just giving me a bunch of run around meanwhile again I'm without a car More

This is one of the used car dealerships that gives a bad name to the industry. They're the ones who advertise pricing but then in fine print or otherwise have back in additional cost that they're going to p name to the industry. They're the ones who advertise pricing but then in fine print or otherwise have back in additional cost that they're going to put in front of you once you get there or ask. These are their own cost of doing business that they wanna pass on to the customer which is fine as long as you just put it into the sales price right up front but it's not OK to put it in some back in fine print or have to be asked or have to spring it on you once you get to the dealership. Stay away as there are plenty of other dealerships and cars out there. More

Went in for a newer low mileage vehicle advertised on their website, test drove it and could see immediately something was off. Vehicle had 23k miles and already needed an alignment. Also on the lot with their website, test drove it and could see immediately something was off. Vehicle had 23k miles and already needed an alignment. Also on the lot with scuff marks and needed to be detailed. Went to run numbers after being assured they would correct those issues and initially told payments would be around 350 per month, asked them about negotiating on $995 dealer fee and they come back that the numbers they ran were wrong and payments would now be $470 per month. I don't think so. Online calculators showed it to be around $320 which is what I wanted. They are just playing games, I wasted my time here. Don't bother. More
Helped niece purchase vehicle. Niece and I both gave personal info to dealership. After niece arrived home, discovered she had someone else’s info packet, This includes drivers lic number, address, so personal info to dealership. After niece arrived home, discovered she had someone else’s info packet, This includes drivers lic number, address, social, telephone number, references(ie. friends relatives etc) Pretty much everything one would need for ID theft! Give them your info at your own risk More
