Me and my daughter drove 2. 30 hours to go look at a car on Sunday and we were told everything was fine with the car. Today about 40 minutes ago we picked up the car and again we 30 hours to go look at a car on Sunday and we were told everything was fine with the car. Today about 40 minutes ago we picked up the car and again we were told everything was fine and that they filled the car up with gas for us. I turned on the car and it shows it was half a tank. I put my 5 year old in her car seat and was ready to head out and I barely made it of the parking lot when the car stop and 3 police officers had to block me and my daughter from getting hit by other cars. I ran back the dealership to tell them and turns out the car had no gas. The fuel pump was bad. When I went back upset the owner yelled at me saying nothing was wrong and the deal was off. Called me “ghetto” for telling him I was worried for my daughter’s safety. He treated to withhold my down payment and take me to court for his mistake. He was the most unprofessional man I have ever meet. Clearly something was wrong with the car and he did not want to take responsibility. He even got in my face in front of my 5 year old. Please don’t waste your time. It was an easy fix, but his disrespect is not worth it. More
I was somewhat upset because the vehicle seems like it was in good conditions. I found it really odd on how the salesman said it's part of their policy to add anti theft systems due to the bank they deal was in good conditions. I found it really odd on how the salesman said it's part of their policy to add anti theft systems due to the bank they deal with. Even the brand new cars had them but once I saw the contracts and all the numbers. They had a car at a good price just so all their hiddens fees increase by almost 5k. I'm glad I found another dealership with non of these nonsense fees. MY ADVICE IS PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR FEES. ONYL SOMEONE WITH xxxxTY CREDIT WILL ALLOWED SOMEONE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM More

We drove 90 minutes all the way from San Diego to purchase this vehicle at the listed sales price, including tax, title, and registration. We test drove the car when we went to purchase it, the sales person came back with $4000 worth of accessory add-ons. We told them that we did not need any of them. One of them was $2000 for a smart car accessory and the other was $1900 for theft. The vehicle was a 2018 Land Rover discovery. In my estimation, it is in no way whatsoever a smart car. As far as the theft, we have excellent insurance and declined the charge. They would not sell us the car. We wasted an entire day driving, with fuel expenses, and missed work for this bait and switch. After we left the dealership, the sales manager called us. He was condescending and harassed us for the better part of 10 minutes. Accusing us that we just wanted to test drive of a Land Rover, which we have already test drove a couple previously. We were prepared to pay $19,300 for the vehicle, tag, taxes, and registration. All cash! Line items number 19 & 21 were where these obscure charges were. See below. For a listed vehicle, prices at $17,549, the dealership tried to inflate our out the door price to $23,413. That’s 30% higher than the advertised price. We are contacting the Better Business bureau about this. More

***BEWARE*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! !! My family drove 3 hours from Ventura County to purchase a car that was being "held" for us. The morning after the car was promised to be held for !! My family drove 3 hours from Ventura County to purchase a car that was being "held" for us. The morning after the car was promised to be held for us we got all the way down there and they are literally selling the car to another person IN FRONT OF US!!! I don't think it can get any more unprofessional than that. Not to mention the car was NOT clean and had scratches all over the door and dash so we would not have purchased it either way. These are BAD AWFUL cars they get from cheap auctions and resell them with damage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I am also contacting the BBB, Bureau of Consumer Protection, FTC, I am having the State check on the status of their license to even be selling cars. HOW DARE YOU! More

Awful . Don’t take the risk!Car taken back to the Awful . Don’t take the risk! Car taken back to the dealership 4 times because it won’t start at times and other times for them to fix the things the Awful . Don’t take the risk! Car taken back to the dealership 4 times because it won’t start at times and other times for them to fix the things they promised. As far as for the vehicle not starting - First time said it was the battery cable, next time same problem but said it was the key, third time same identical : according them it was the harness, kept it for weeks, lied and never submitted a warranty claim but assured us it was fixed ( at their expense), we purchased a warranty on the car that includes everything SUPPOSEDLY- and there’s nothing WE can do when they don’t submit claims. Finally took it to a reputable dealership- it wouldn’t start again but they diagnosed it immediately - said the car was unsafe for driving and had major problems. CMT had patch it together with junk parts, failing to even secure the harness. CMT NORCO has never properly repaired the vehicle! They knew it was bad! Over 2,000 in rental cars because of this horrific dealership. Alex, the manager was livid because of my YELP review and refused to help us. The manager said, we keep bringing it back for minor things- I don’t call it minor when the car could potentially shut off at anytime and when you’ve been stranded at least 6 times because it won’t start. All we want is to return this defective car, get reimbursed for our rentals, get all of the money we’ve paid back . . . they refused! Several nice people there tried to help us, but the arrogance of the management overrules! Stressed and afraid of this black 2017 Jeep Compass with very low miles. Everything that looks and sounds good, isn’t always good. Unbelievable, I never imagined. Don’t be deceived by CMT. More
