Just want to say I searched every trailer retailer in the entire sacramento valley from auburn to Galt.. I would highly recommend California Custom Trailers in Elk Grove. California. Not only did I leave with a beautiful 4 Star Trailer, but my total experience was made so much more enjoyable by the amaz Elk Grove. California. Not only did I leave with a beautiful 4 Star Trailer, but my total experience was made so much more enjoyable by the amazing Customer Service that I received from the employees that work at the facility. The service department added additional special features which I requested for the Horse Trailer. Nicole handled all of the paperwork , including the registration, which she sent to DMV. When it came time to hitch the trailer to my truck ,Nicole and two service agents walked me through the steps needed to safely hook up my trailer. Nicole then drove my truck and adjusted the trailer brakes to sync with the truck. Nicole then had me drive the truck so that I was comfortable towing my new, beautiful trailer back to West Marin. It was the one time dealing with a dealership that everything was taken care of before I arrived. All I had to do was sign here and here and here and done . I was in and loaded up and leaving in just everything was taken care of before I arrived. All I had to do was sign here and here and here and done . I was in and loaded up and leaving in just over an hour . Huge selection you can get a boat ,side by side and a trailer all in one shot if you want pleasure doing business with and will return when ready to buy again . More
