Took the car to get an inspection at a body shop…….Come to find out car was involved in a major car accident! Dealership apparently doesn’t have to notify buyer of this! Their words were….well you bought a used vehicle! More
This dealership is nothing but a scam. They post fake prices online just to trap you into coming, and then when you arrive, they jack up the price by thousands of dollars. The car I went f They post fake prices online just to trap you into coming, and then when you arrive, they jack up the price by thousands of dollars. The car I went for was listed at $18,000, but in person, they tried to sell it to me for $26,000 — a shocking $8,000 difference. Their excuse? “We just put that price online so you would come, but honestly the car is worth more.” This is pure fraud. They completely waste your time, disrespect you, and try to rip you off. If you value your money and your time, do not ever step foot in this dealership. Every single listing they post online is a lie. More
I sold my Tesla MY to Carvana, its vin is now showing up on this site for sale with 20K fewer miles on it than when I sold it. The pictures are also not the pictures for the vehicle I sold. Insanely Shady I saw a car on their site that was advertised with the EV credit. I asked for an OTD breakdown, because what a lot of shady dealers will do is surprise you with add ons and fees at the advertised with the EV credit. I asked for an OTD breakdown, because what a lot of shady dealers will do is surprise you with add ons and fees at the end. Which in itself is bad, but for a car with the sales price right at the edge of the EV credit limit, it makes it disqualifying per the IRS: "Have a sale price of $25,000 or less. Sale price includes all dealer-imposed costs or fees not required by law." Surprise surprise - they don't do OTD breakdowns until you're there. I asked what guarantee I have of the price before doing so, to which I was told their fees are listed at the bottom of the sales page. That's incorrect - it is purposefully vague so they can add on whatever they want at whim: "Please note: Some vehicle images may feature powder-coated wheels or upgraded 20”, 21”, or 22” wheels. These enhancements are not included in the advertised price." "As an additional purchase at the time of sale the Cilajet application includes a 1-year warranty." They then told me there were some add ons on the car, but not what the price of those are. And insisted they are not hidden, but if I had to pry it out of you and still don't even know the price, that is very much hidden. I didn't bother and made my purchase elsewhere. There's only one reason not to give an OTD breakdown - you have something to hide. More
Misrepresentation or fraud: CA Beemers sold me a car with a clean CarFax (2021) and when I went to sell it (2025), it turned out the car had damage on its CarFax from 6 months prior to my purchase. When with a clean CarFax (2021) and when I went to sell it (2025), it turned out the car had damage on its CarFax from 6 months prior to my purchase. When I sold the car, the negative CarFax meant I received $12,000 less than the amount I would have gotten with a clean CarFax, like I thought I'd purchased from CA Beemers. I have reported this situation to the Better Business Bureau as I've been told the dealership is responsible for this misrepresentation/fraud and so far CA Beemers is trying to skirt its responsibility. Buyer beware, CA Beemers is not on your side. I will never use them again: 1) I can't trust them and 2) when confronted with an issue, they won't take responsibility. More
If you’re looking for a dealership that values transparency and integrity, California Beemers Teslers in Costa Mesa is NOT the place to go. My experience with this establishment left me feeling mi transparency and integrity, California Beemers Teslers in Costa Mesa is NOT the place to go. My experience with this establishment left me feeling misled and insulted. First, many of their vehicles appear to be heavily abused auction cars that are given cosmetic band-aid fixes. From touch-up paint masking damage to questionable ceramic wraps used to conceal poor-quality repairs, it seems their goal is to disguise flaws rather than be upfront about a car’s condition. To make matters worse, they attempt to add these cosmetic “upgrades” to the cost of the car without disclosing it until the final stages of the transaction. Meaning, they’ve already strong armed you into dinging your credit and wasted a couple of hours of your time before you realize you’ve been sacked. The advertised prices are also deceptive. The actual cost is often $4,000–$5,000 higher than what’s listed online, thanks to mandatory upsells and hidden fees. For example, vehicles are often advertised with upgraded wheels, ceramic wraps, or tint already installed, only for you to find out these features are actually considered “add-ons” with an inflated price tag—sometimes as much as $3,500 for the wheels alone. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic wastes your time and feels incredibly predatory. Finally, the customer service was shocking. When I questioned the pricing discrepancies, the sales manager responded with insults and condescension rather than addressing the issue professionally. Instead of apologizing or attempting to resolve my concerns, they suggested I was the problem for raising questions about their practices. This dismissive, unprofessional attitude only compounded the frustration. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. If you value honesty, respect, and your hard-earned money, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. More

Then attempted to strong arm us into financing through the dealership. Ghosted me when I said we were going to finance with our own bank. But the absolute best part that I want everyone to pay attention to, is that the out the door price was over fifteen thousand dollars more then the listing price! Listing price of $42890. OTD price of $58,370. You do the math. Tax is 7% here in Florida. Save yourself sometime and look for another car. More
Try to upsell and if you don’t bite they don’t sell the car. These cars are so cheap in price you can definitely go elsewhere to buy a Tesla without the drama. You been warned STAY AWAY. car. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. They try to force you to buy And accessory packs for the car or they will not sell you the car.... I CAME IN HERE AFTER SPEAKING WITH A GENTLEMAN ON They try to force you to buy And accessory packs for the car or they will not sell you the car.... I CAME IN HERE AFTER SPEAKING WITH A GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE ABOUT A MODEL Y... I came by the next day to take a look at the car. While they spoke very nicely to keep you distracted from their intent, Once I told him that I was interested in the car they told me that I had to buy an accessory package or they could not make a deal. I let them know that I was not interested in a $5000 package that they try to force me to buy for wheels ceramic Coating and something else... I stated that I wasn't interested in any of the options. The gentleman stated that I had to at least buy one at minimum for his boss to consider selling the card to me. When I refuse and told him that I was not interested in any accessories and I was only interested in the advertise price of the car plus taxes and fees, They stated that they could not sell the car to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A CAR FROM HERE AS WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL AND HOPEFULLY PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY'RE WALKING INTO WHEN DEALING WITH A DEALERSHIP LIKE THIS AND THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS More
