Service/ Repair Had my car towed to dealership at 8am per dealership request. 7 hours later no diagnostic has been performed on my vehicle. Called many times and was told the service tech would call me right back. I was told there were a number of cars in front of mine. The dealership opens at 7am I cant imagine how many people have bought their cars in before me that warrants a 7 hour wait. If I could drive my car off the lot I would. This is the worse service I have ever received. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. Can’t write about the price because I’m still waiting for a response... going on 8 hours. I imagine it takes less time to build a car!!!! More

My Experience With the Service Department This service department quoted me $450 for fuel filter change in which only a small part of that bill is the actual part. The complete job from start This service department quoted me $450 for fuel filter change in which only a small part of that bill is the actual part. The complete job from start to finish takes me about 5 minutes to complete myself and since it was raining and i was already there for an oil change i figured i would just ask the this dealer for a quote to perform this fuel filter change in their garage. If you can open a mason jar you can easily replace this so i just took it back home and did it myself. The sad part is if you don't know how simple the job is you can be taken advantage at this place. More

Ridiculous!!! After obtaining price quotes from several Chrysler dealers in GA, I chose to purchase from Atlanta West. My salesperson, Ja'Ere was exceptionally help After obtaining price quotes from several Chrysler dealers in GA, I chose to purchase from Atlanta West. My salesperson, Ja'Ere was exceptionally helpful gathering all of the info I requested over the phone due to me living a few hours away from the dealership. We agreed upon a price and it was even signed by the General Manager stating "We will honor $47,000 out the door. No games No gimmicks." Apparently, this was far from the truth. After filling out an online credit application that gave me an instant pre-approval, I was contacted back by my sales associate (Ja'Ere) to be informed that there was a miscalculation of the value concerning my trade-in. After reassuring me that this was a very "uncommon" mistake, he gave me the "new" ridiculously higher price. Five thousand dollars higher to be exact! Absolute nonsense!!! I'll be purchasing from Landmark Chrysler in Morrow, GA since they actually honor the pricing they provide in writing to their customers! More

It turned out that my order was tricky, but not impossible, and Steven was persistent in getting my order through the system, so I could have just what I wanted. He was personable and thorough, and I felt like a customer who mattered. Dewayne was also very responsive throughout the process when I would email to check on my order (he would respond within hours). I asked Steven for a speedy paperwork process, and Nick was the fastest financing experience I've ever had in car buying. If you're in the market for a vehicle, go see Steven! More
