Terrible customer service and they do NOT follow through with their word. They’ll tell you your car will be ready one day but leave it sitting in the shop with no call back. with their word. They’ll tell you your car will be ready one day but leave it sitting in the shop with no call back. More

Worst Predatory Sales Ever I went to this dealership in response to a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Turbo Diesel that was listed for sale online. When I arrived, I learned t I went to this dealership in response to a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Turbo Diesel that was listed for sale online. When I arrived, I learned that this was one of the managers’ old vehicles that he traded-in. The vehicle seemed ok except that it had some significant shaking in the front end when driving above 60 mph. I brought my mechanic in to check it out for me and he suggested that the dealership take a look at the shaking before I purchased. Before this, however, there was a misunderstanding about the 10 year 100,000-mile limited power train warranty. We were told that this meant from the time of the car’s manufacturing instead of the time of purchase but we were able to get that worked out, no biggie. They took the car to the back to get it fixed and we began the purchasing paperwork. Taking a look at the paperwork, I noticed that the interest was at 5.9 which was well above what I knew our credit would qualify for. So I asked the salesman to see if they would take that down to 4.9. When he went back to the sales desk, I heard a man yelling, “6%, 6%! That’s what he’s gonna get!” I thought this was really unprofessional and disrespectful but I tried to ignore it. I also asked if they could potentially knock a little off the price to which the same guy yelled “6%!” And someone else yelled, “What does he want?” Or something to that effect. Then I noticed that they were charging me an extra $150 for “nitro” in the tires and an extra $400 for tint that was already on the Used Jeep when I saw it on the website and when I arrived and saw it on the lot. How could these be additions to a price that was already set for the already assembled tinted windows and inflated tires? When I told the salesman that I wouldn’t pay extra for things that were already on the Jeep and he relayed the message to the finance guys, I heard the guys yell “Well scrape it off then!” At that point, I’d had enough and called for a Lyft. When the salesmen saw that I was leaving he quickly went back and told them that I was offended and they quickly and quietly changed the offer to 4.9% without the added charges for the tinted windows and inflated tires. I canceled the Lyft (paying a $6 cancelation fee) and accepted the offer and completed all of the paperwork including turning in the down payment check. Well, after signing all the papers and having the car in the back for about 2 1/2 hours, my salesman told me that they discovered that there was a problem with the tires that was missed in the original inspection and that they would fix the problem ASAP. About an hour or so later, the salesmen told me that the service center was closing and that he was instructed to tell me that they would not be able to fix the problem that night since the service center was closing but that I should drive the car for a while to see if the problem would fix itself. Tired of the run around I asked to speak to the manager who previously owned the car. He came and told me that he’d recently purchased those tires 7 months before and that the tires had “flat spots” from sitting for three months which were causing the shaking and that I would need to drive the car for at least 200-300 miles in order to correct the flat spots. If they weren’t fixed by then, then I could bring the car back and they’d fix the problem. After hearing this extremely strange and contradictory advice, I asked my salesman to return my down payment checks and shred my paperwork with my information. As I was leaving the dealership another manager followed me outside and asked if I would be willing to split the cost of new tires on the Jeep in order to salvage my business. He said that they would go back there and throw some tires on it for me if I’d split the cost. The problem was that this was the third solution I’d been promised. First I was told that they would fix it at no cost to me. Then I was told that they were unable to fix it because the service center was closed so I “should” drive the car to see if that would fix the problem. Then I was told that I would “have” to drive it 200-300 miles in order to see if it would fix the problem before they fixed it. Lastly, I was told that splitting the cost of new tires would promptly fix the problem; even though the service center was CLOSED... This was the worst example of shark, predatory, deceitful, salesman-ship that I’ve ever experienced. This dealership lost a very-very nearly completed sale because they could not abandon their own persistent dishonesty. For the record, Ja'ere the young salesman did a fine job. The managers and finance team were the ones with the shady dealings. More

Zachariah Chanet worked with me for over a week in trying to get me into a vehicle that would not only be suitable for my family but affordable as well. Everyday they kept in contact with me making sure to find a car tailored to my specific needs. On the day of my purchase, due to my work schedule, Zach could not be available. Instead of him dropping the ball, he waited for me to arrive and introduced me to Travis Abston. Upon meeting Travis i was nervous because, of course i felt Zach would execute my wishes due to all the prior planning. Contrary to my beliefs, Travis was just as knowledgeable and patient. With all the prior arrangements i was able to come in with Travis that day and leave in no time with my first dealership purchase!!!! Again, I am so very happy and couldn't have dreamed of a better experience! More
