I have dealt with Douglas County Dodge on numerous occasions and I have been happy with their quality of work every time. The staff is not only friendly but helpful as well. So needless to say they do a lot of oil changes, put on tires a couple times as well, and a 30,000 mile service. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but typically if you make an appointment they try to get you in and out. I am a student so I just hangout and do homework in the meantime. When it comes to their prices they do the best they can and work with you as much as possible. More

We scheduled a routine check-up and paid the price. The suggestions of >$700 of brake repair was made. A second opinion visit to another national repair chain revealed the quote was $400 too much. We have been told that for the $715.06 tune-up fee we got about $400 worth of parts and labor. The last time we had work there the technicians damaged the car. (Most recently the door panel was broken when the window was repaired.) I can never recommend DCD for even an oil change! More
