I had a great experience. My last automobile was a Jeep; so I was pretty familiar with the brand. I'd been shopping around for seveal months and had a good idea of what I wanted. This guy was so awesome, he was very patient, showed me all the car's features...he kept referring to the car as "MY CAR". I wasn't quite sure that it was going to be MY CAR...at least that day...but his technique and salesmenship combined with the right price made it almost impossible to leave without "MY CAR"! More

My experience at this dealership was awesome! All of the staff were friendly however I want to focus primarily on my sales guy "Damion Franklin"! Stay away- inefficient and not truthful. Nothing but runaround. Went twice planning to buy-left both times with promise of an email offer that I never got from them. They will waste your time and cost you money you don't need to pay if you aren't very careful. I left there and went to Another dealer and closed the deal for my price in about an hour. Last trip to Douglas county dodge-the owner needs to really see how his staff operates at this location. More

Everyone was pleasant and informed, kept me up to date with the progress of financing and at what point we were at during the deal. The showroom is clean , the bathrooms were clean. I went in to have a diagnostic done and they were a total rip off. They fixed what they wanted to fix. They didn't even check what I asked them to. After feeling beaten down and really just wanting to forget buying a new car all together, I found Douglas County Dodge on Autotrader. The price for the new Dodge Nitro advertised was about $1,000 below any other Nitro on Autotrader. We called and spoke with Lillie, then went to see the car. We decided we liked it and wanted it - the process was sooo easy! Lillie didn't try to confuse us with that whole numbers game, she was straight forward, and completely honest (not to mention very, very nice!). We left there feeling so good, and for once, NOT feeling like we got taken. We were so happy with Douglas County Dodge that a week later, we decided to trade in our other car and buy a Jeep Liberty as well. Every time we drive up to the dealership, the salespeople outside are just so friendly, they make you feel like you are part of their family and the best part is that they remember who you are!! Lillie and Steve were of course, great again with this purchase. Same scenario - no numbers games, lying, pushing, JUST honesty and friendliness! Gary, the finance manager, pulled some strings for us on this one and saved us some money as well! I just can't stress enough how wonderful everyone at this dealership is!
