I was nervous going to the dealership due to past credit issues, but the moment I stepped out of my vehicle I was met by Wesley who immediately made me feel at ease. Surprisingly I was approved for a 2013 vehicle when I thought I would barely be approved for a used vehicle. I got a very nice vehicle with rebates, a very good interest rate, considering my past credit history, and this was all done so fast I couldn't believe it. I dreaded having to go to the dealership, as it has been over 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle but the customer service that I received from Wesley has me telling all my family and friends if they are looking for a vehicle they have to go to Douglas County and ask for Wesley!. I will continue to tell any and everybody about my wonderful experience. More

Joe was friendly and easy to work with, and really help me to get the price I wanted. The finance manager was very nice as well as we filled out the paperwork, even though I paid cash. Although he wasn't outright rude he was not very friendly and acted like it was the worst thing in the world that I wanted a better price. Would not even say hello when I came back to pick up the truck. Not really how I would expect a sales manager to act. But as I said overall it was a nice and easy experience and Joe was great to work with, and I would recommend him and the dealership to others. More

Shortly after Joe introduce us to the finance expert name Dave to discuss numbers. Dave was thorough and informative about the warranties, our contract, and no down payment. My husband and I were enthusiastic about being able to purchase a brand new car. We have never bought a brand new car before and it definitely felt great! We traded in our dodge challenger and upgraded to a 2013 Dodge Charger. We now have plenty of room for our family of four.
