I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. We took the truck in and asked for a repair. They called the next day and said it needed something besides what we asked for (tps sensor and throttle body clean) truck in and asked for a repair. They called the next day and said it needed something besides what we asked for (tps sensor and throttle body clean) we ok'd repairs. They called and said it needed intake gasket. We wanted trans fixed first then we would worry about that. Manager said they couldn't do that that I had to fix that first. Then I questioned why the tps sensor or the intake would affect trans (sorry I need to know why I need something, how it works). Then said I was already paying for one repair that didn't fix it and didn't want to pay for a second repair that doesn't fix the issue. The service manager said he should have know this was gonna happen that I should just pick up the truck he wasn't getting farther into it when I just wanted stuff for free. I told manager I had no issue with paying for something I told them to do but that I didn't want to do the intake if it was going to take to much for the trans repair. Then I found out they hadn't even done a test drive since replacing tps. I asked them to test drive to see if that fixed it so the next day they did. The manager said it was working fine and asked if I wanted to continue with trans diag. (He previously told me it was impossible to diag trans with vacuum leak from intake) so I said well you just told me yesterday you couldn't diag it? So he said you know what just come pick up the truck. I don't want your money and we can call it quits. I didn't want to argue so I got the truck. GUESS WHAT! Now my check engine light is on with a code for the tps.... Did NOT have a code when I took it in. Highly disappointed I just wanted my truck fixed!!!! More

Wesley made my new vehicle purchase the best ever experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle! I can honestly say that making the trip to this Dealership was worth the time and distance traveled. This Dealership had what I wanted in my new Laramie, and they also had the best salesman in the Atlanta Area!! I felt very welcomed and valued by not only Wesley, but also by the other employees that were there Saturday. Everyone was friendly and accommodating! But never pushy or overbearing. The finance manager, David Boles was very nice and professional also. Wesley and David worked well together and found us an Awesome finance rate without having to try 6 or more finance companies trying to do so. I had another Dodge/Ram dealer just the week before work on getting me financed and they sent my application to every finance company they work with, and by doing this my credit score took a hit and dropped by 75 points!! This could really hurt you when trying to finance and get the best rate possible. It almost hurt me to the point that if it turned out much worse my car note could have been unaffordable! I am very thankful for Wesley's professionalism and friendliness . I was impressed by everyone's friendliness and kindness. They were all very accommodating and kind. I will be recommending Wesley and Douglas County Ram, Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep to everyone I know. I also believe that Wesley is the best salesman in the entire Metro Atlanta Area. Over the past few months, I have been researching and looking for a used Lexus RX350. Almost 2 weeks ago, while driving to the airport I spotted one on the Douglas County Dodge lot that was exactly what looking for a used Lexus RX350. I thought this was too good to be true, so I just let it go until we got home from our trip a few days later. I got on their website the next week and sure enough it was still there, so I decided I at least need to go look at this. We are great friends with the Barretts and the Morgans, so we called and asked when could we come look at the car. We arrived and met David Crawford or "Pittsburgh!", our salesman. I am just out of college and purchasing my own car, so one can imagine how scary that might be, but David handled everything perfect! He was always so enthusiastic and excited about the car and me buying it. He explained the whole process very well and worked hard and quickly to add a few finishing touches to the car. AND on top of everything he was fun to work with!! You just can't beat that! The whole process was a great learning experience, and I can honestly say that I will never buy a car from anywhere else! Surprisingly I was approved for a 2013 vehicle when I thought I would barely be approved for a used vehicle. I got a very nice vehicle with rebates, a very good interest rate, considering my past credit history, and this was all done so fast I couldn't believe it. I dreaded having to go to the dealership, as it has been over 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle but the customer service that I received from Wesley has me telling all my family and friends if they are looking for a vehicle they have to go to Douglas County and ask for Wesley!.
