I have purchased many vehicles over the past 20 years, but my experience with Douglas County Dodge has been second to none. I was in the market for a Ram truck. I went to Landmark Dodge and my wife and but my experience with Douglas County Dodge has been second to none. I was in the market for a Ram truck. I went to Landmark Dodge and my wife and I walked straight thru the entire lot without a single sales person asking if we needed help. As we returned to our vehicle, I called Landmark Dodge and asked for a salesperson and as we spoke I was still in the parking lot and I voiced my disappointment in the customer service my wife and I did not received. We traveled to Douglas County Dodge and immediately Mr. Wesley Arnold met us at our vehicle with a huge smile and said,"Welcome to Douglas County Dodge, how may I serve you and your family. Off the bat, he made me and my wife feel at ease. There was no pressure, no hassle. I told him that we did not want to purchase a vehicle, but just wanted to look. He walked us around the lot and took his time with us even though he knew we were not going to buy a car. Nevertheless, over the past few years, my wife and I have bought six (6) vehicles from him, 3 trucks and 3 cars. I will never buy from another sales person other than Mr. Arnold. The finance department was excellent. Mr. David Boiles was thorough and clear on the finances. We were in and out with keys in our hands in no time. I recommend Mr. Arnold and Douglas County Dodge to anyone who is even thinking about purchasing a vehicle. My wife and family visits Mr. Arnold on a weekly/monthly basis just to keep in touch. The service department is far most the best experience I have ever had. Oil change for my Ram, in and out with a complimentary wash. Outstanding service. We have found that Wesley at Douglas County Dodge, Jeep, Ram to be honest and friendly. He is not pushy and does not coax his customers to make a purchase that they are not comfortable with. I was very eager to get out of the car I was in. I loved it but it was very expensive and did not have enough room for my kids. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from this place again. I was told they could beat another dealers offer so I showed up on Saturday to purchase my car. After being there for over an hour they gave m again. I was told they could beat another dealers offer so I showed up on Saturday to purchase my car. After being there for over an hour they gave me an offer, which was more than they said they could do. By this time it was too late to go anywhere else. Once we started signing the papers I was told my car wasn't there and I would not get it until Monday. They did give me a loaner car but it was filthy and had not been cleaned after the last users. I get a phone call on Monday saying I wont get my new car until Tuesday. Come Tuesday I have them deliver it to my job and the sales guy lied and told me my tag was in the car. Once he leaves i find out he left it at the dealership so they said they would mail it next day, which did not happen. They sent standard mail to my boyfriends house 2 hours away. Once i receive the tag and put it on my car I notice 4 very deep scratches under their dealership sticker...they were hopping I would never see it. It was oblivious they tried to peel off the other dealers stick but tried to hide it by putting theirs over the scratches. I called and they asked that i bring in the car, which we did on Tuesday then we were told they can not fix it until Thursday. So I just put 200 mile on my car for no reason. I brought the car back to them on Thursday but when I picked it up i noticed the original scratches were still visible and a few more that were not there before and the paint job was awful. Then i notice they had put 3 scratches on my door handle that were not there prior and no paper floor mats were put down so my mats in the car were dirty. they did agree to fix it the paint job.....again but I refused to leave them my car so I asked that they order the bumper and have it painted prior to my arrival. They said it would be ready Thursday but then Thursday turns into Monday. I explained to them I live over an hour away so I cant be there until I get off work at 5pm. they told me no I either show up before they leave at 5:30 or they cant help me. They wouldn't take my calls after i told them no it would be 7pm. I am still waiting for my bumper to be replaced so hopefully come Monday I can get my new bumper and NEVER have anything to do with these people again..they did call my boyfriend and tell him they will have someone there at 7pm to put on my new bumper. More
