Terrible service and a rip off I took my 2005 dodge Durango into the service department at Thornton Road Dodge Chrysler on 3/9/2016 for a Win Module and new key because the chip in I took my 2005 dodge Durango into the service department at Thornton Road Dodge Chrysler on 3/9/2016 for a Win Module and new key because the chip in my key was not working there were not any other mechanical issues or any service lights on in my truck. I originally told them that I would stay and wait because it was something that should have been a easy task. I was told they were having problems so they would need to keep the my truck. I did not hear back from the service department until 3/17/2016 (over a week later). Something that was suppose to take only a few hours at the most took over a week. I don't know what was being done to my truck for over a week. I went in on 3/19/2016 to pick up my vehicle and paid $573 for the services performed on my vehicle and was told that they also had to replace the airbag in the truck. When the service advisor went to go get my truck I was told that the truck had to be jumped off and not to turn it off for a little while. I left dealership and then my battery light came on in my truck, my truck started running hot and the thermostat light came on and then all of a sudden my truck completely cut off on me and my kids in the middle of the road. I called the dealership back and they sent a tow truck and gave me back the loaner vehicle. I called back on 3/21/2016 to see what was going on with my vehicle and I was told that it was a coincidence that something was going on with my water pump and tensioner belt. I may not know much about cars but I know that there was nothing mechanically wrong with my truck when I took it into the service department and now all of a sudden its a coincidence that it has issues now. They have had my truck since 3/19/2016 and we have contacted the service department and service manager and even went up to the dealership to get this issue resolved and it still has not been resolved. I took my truck for one thing and all of a sudden there is all sorts of issues going on. They had my truck for over a week fixing the Win module so it was in their possession all that time and I don't know what was done to my vehicle. I just want this issue resolved. I wish I would have done research on this business before I took my truck in because I have read other reviews where this service department has done similar things to other consumers, but I didn't think I had to because all I was getting done was a win module and a new key. The communication is horrible everytime you call service manager phone his mailbox is full and I have called the DM twice within the past week and still have not gotten a phone call returned and I called and asked the individual taking the message how long does it usually take to return phone calls and I was told that he was a busy man. I just want my vehicle retuned back to me in the working condition it was in when I took it to this service department. More

Like I have a photo of the dash to prove it was not. I asked them not to touch the mirrors 3x and yet they did. Spilled oil all over the undercarriage. Didn't do a tire rotation like asked, I am from out of state and will most definitely find another dealer to take my now light on too! Sophia was RUDE both on the phone and in person telling me the light was on she wouldn't make it up, yet maybe I should have called to tell you that. Yup if it was true maybe you should have but it wasn't! Read the reviews and BEWARE they are true I wish I didn't let them have my vehical ! More
Buyer Beware!! Buyers Beware!!! I purchased a new Durango in June 2015. The salesman was great but that's the only good I can say. I found out today they sold me a Buyers Beware!!! I found out today they sold me an Aftermarket extended warranty and I was told when I made my purchase it was the Chrysler bumper to bumper extended warranty which was a lie! I called a month after my purchase to find out who financed my car so I could contact them. The one listed on my paperwork was wrong!! No one could tell me. Called another month later about my trade in not being paid off and got the run around and sent to voicemails that were full. I called more than 40 times I know and even asked for the general manager or dealership owner and was transferred to the full voicemail repeatedly. Sometimes the receptionist never even answered just sent me straight to that full voicemail. I refuse to call them again after that ordeal and solved the issues myself. I went for a service appointment a couple of weeks after my purchase for the towing package add on they had agreed to give me at purchase. I show up for the appointment that had been made one week prior and the service Dept acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I sat there an hour before they said the parts were not even there and I had to leave the care for a whole day. I live 2 hours away and was never told that and had no other way home. Thankfully my salesman and the sales manager working that day did work out for me to drive a used car home so I could go home after I had sat there over 4 hours waiting for the parts to show up that never did while I was there. I would NOT recommend this dealership at all!! More
Unhappy customer. First off, I do love my 15 charger rallye but, the dealership really disappointed my husband and I, first they waited a month to pay the trade in off First off, I do love my 15 charger rallye but, the dealership really disappointed my husband and I, first they waited a month to pay the trade in off the payment almost went 30 days luckily our bank called days before we called them for 2 days and was unable to get through to anyone until we finally had to go to the dealership in person they claim the manager handling our deal was fired. Second they didn't give us a drive out tag so we were pulled over and received a ticket from Fulton county they did agree to pay that for us. THIRD, they got our address wrong for the titling after we told them twice and wrote it on papers, fourth my drive out tag exp because they waited over 25 days to register our car. I've worked in dealerships and never did we treat people like these guys do I waited a hour to try and get another temp tag until I got my original and the Finance guy was suppose to help but I got tired of waiting and tired of being treated as if I wasn't important I spent 45,000 there not $45.00. So I am just thoroughly disappointed. More
BEWARE!! BEWARE of false advertising. They advertised a 2010 Kia Forte as an automatic and we drove for 3 hours after calling, only to find out that it is in BEWARE of false advertising. They advertised a 2010 Kia Forte as an automatic and we drove for 3 hours after calling, only to find out that it is in fact a manual transmission. The response was "we're sorry, it was human error". I asked that they find us a comparable car since they had falsely advertised this car and of course they come back with 2 cars that are several thousand dollars more expensive. This is a prime example of why car dealerships have such a bad reputation. How many times have you gone into a dealership where they are offering a low interest rate or a certain car at a certain price only to find out that you can't have what was advertised but you can have this more expensive car. Shame on the Thornton Road Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership! Hopefully this review will keep someone else from wasting their time like we did. More

I brought my 06 charger in for service, and after diagnosing that my repairs would be expensive. I was directed to the sales dept where Ryan and the finance team did all they could to get me into a new 2015 Chysler 200!!! Let's just say my credit was less than perfect, but the sales refused to let the bank say no. I was more impressed when the "BIG GUY" of Thornton Road location even came to my defense with the bank. When everyone else says NO, Thornton road Jeep Chrysler Dodge says YES More
