RECALL COMPANY SAID ABOUT 1 HR, DODGE SAID 1 & 1/2 AND THEY WOULD CALL ME. I WAS OUT TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS AND AFTER 3 HRS OF NO CALL, I WENT TO THE DODGE DEALER AND WAS TOLD (surprise) MY TRUCK WAS JUST RELEASED 30 MIN PRIOR???? I ASKED WHERE WAS MY CALL AND WHAT HAPPENED TO 1 &1/2 HRS AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE BEHIND. WHAT REALLY GOT ME WAS THREE OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE SITTING AROUND LOOKING AT ME AND NO ONE COULD HELP ON MY ARRIVAL EITHER TIME FOR DROP OFF OR PICKUP EXCEPT THE LADY THAT SET MY APPOINTMENT?????? NEVER, EVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN. THIS IS THE DODGE DEALER ON THORNTON RD IN LITHIA SPRINGS, GA. - I REALLY WANT TO GIVE LESS THAN A ONE STAR RATING. More

oil change and transmission service Dropped my truck off on Monday and left it for a week. The next Monday went to pick it up and they had not even touched the truck. Great Service from Rasheen and Matt Whitaker I came here for a Jeep Cherokee with specific features and tow hitch. They found the jeep with the exact features for me and installed the hitch so it I came here for a Jeep Cherokee with specific features and tow hitch. They found the jeep with the exact features for me and installed the hitch so it was just like it was done at the factory. Rasheen was excellent in helping locate the vehicle and insuring it was as promised and also along with Matt Whitaker making sure I got the cargo cover. Go Buy A Car Elsewhere Took a 5 hour drive from NC to find out the car I was coming for wasn't available. Spoke with the salesman several times before arriving and he assur Took a 5 hour drive from NC to find out the car I was coming for wasn't available. Spoke with the salesman several times before arriving and he assured the car would be cleaned and ready to be bought. The salesman tried to act like there was a mix up in the stock numbers. Currently (2nweeks later) the same car is sitting with the same stock number and it isn't available. That is their trick to get you in the door so they can push for a sale on another vehicle. The vehicle they tried to push on me because I already drove so far was 10k more. The general manager has yet to return my call. The staff was unapologetic and unconcern about the inconvenience they caused me. They offered nothing to make the situation right. This dealership is unprofessional and I wouldn't be surprised if the store was shut down in the near future. Do not waste your time, money, and energy on these weasels. Go to another dealership even if you are desperate and they are giving away cars at this dealership. More
Professional Services I have bought a car from Kia which had scratches but bought brand new. I had trouble to get the scratches fix. I was so upset because nothing was being done on my car. I met a sales manager by the name of Rasheed which made everything happen for me that I felt pleased. Before I dealt with him I wanted to give the car back and file a complaint with an attorney or corporate. I changed my mind and promised it will be fix right. He is a man of multiple words and more. Let me tell you that Rasheem & Sharon went above & beyond just to find the right car for their client(s)!!! Poor Maintenance Service In the past and at each service the tire pressure has been different on each tire. When I challenged the service the tire pressure was then set at 42 psi. This is 6 psi over the required tire psi. Recently, at a service and recall the S/W update crashed the IPC. I am told there are not any parts to fix my vehicle. Since my vehicle is inoperable, I requested that my vehicle be covered. My vehicle has been sitting in the lot uncovered for since 6/29. Finally, I requested the name and contact information for the FCA Representative, and all I am I have received is a first name of Cornelius. I don't understand why there are OEM IPC parts on the market but FCA can't find a part for my vehicle. More
