Tom went above and beyond to make me feel not only like a valued customer, but a friend.... He put me in a 2017 SUV and introduced me to Nick Neesen who processed my financing. When it came time to sign my loan documents, Nick provided me with everything I asked for, and I truly appreciate the lengths traveled by Nick and Tom, to assure my satisfaction!! Poor customer service I went to possibly purchase a jeep Cherokee and the salesman was not very helpful with answering any of my questions pertaining to the vehicle. When I called we set up an appointment time and day. I also let her know I was coming from out of state and it was a 5 hour drive. On the day of the appointment I arrived and Britney is was sick. Another sales associate came to help me. Only to find out that someone had sold the truck before my appointment and I was never notified. As there was no other truck on the lot that I wanted I returned home empty-handed, without any compensation for my time or fuel. More
