I'd already been denied a car loan at multiple other dealerships. My credit was bad and I had no money down... when I explained that to my sales representative Thomas Rose, He understood and assured me that I'd come to the right place! Tom went above and beyond to make me feel not only like a valued customer, but a friend.... He put me in a 2017 SUV and introduced me to Nick Neesen who processed my financing. When it came time to sign my loan documents, Nick provided me with everything I asked for, and I truly appreciate the lengths traveled by Nick and Tom, to assure my satisfaction!! To receive a car loan from a major lender with no money down, and bad credit, has clearly established my "second chance!" Deceptive business practices, shouldn't be trusted. Got letter from dealership to refinance to lower interest rate. Once arrived sales tried to sell me another vehicle. Poor customer service I went to possibly purchase a jeep Cherokee and the salesman was not very helpful with answering any of my questions pertaining to the vehicle. There wasn't any type of negotiation or even a synopsis of how he could me nor him with a sale. The manager never came out to introduce himself or help the salesman with introducing any other offers. This dealership lacks on customer service poorly! I will be visiting another location with hopefully better service. More

Brittany Thomas internet sales responded quickly and asked a few questions via email. She included her phone number for me to call at my convenience. When I called we set up an appointment time and day. I also let her know I was coming from out of state and it was a 5 hour drive. On the day of the appointment I arrived and Britney is was sick. Another sales associate came to help me. Only to find out that someone had sold the truck before my appointment and I was never notified. As there was no other truck on the lot that I wanted I returned home empty-handed, without any compensation for my time or fuel. More

The same sensor broke again coincidence? I guess made another appointment get there wait 3 hours for a representative to tell me they don't have the part so.... what have you guys been doing with my car for 3 hours I then pay for the part to be ordered the gentleman try to charge me $45 more dollars than what I paid 3 months ago?! Are you running a dealership or a chopshop? More
