The best vehicle experience I have ever had in my Life!!!!!! I was in search for a vehicle for about three weeks. I went to several dealerships, however, they were rude, rude in words and performance, and some a I was in search for a vehicle for about three weeks. I went to several dealerships, however, they were rude, rude in words and performance, and some appeared to not want to assist me since I had challenging credit. a couple of them wanted to sell me just any used car in any condition. I was referred to Atlanta West Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to See a wonderful giant of a man called "Big Country". I walked in mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted and depressed and immediately told Big Country about my sad credit score and looking for a vehicle sad story. All he said was 'I can help you, what do you want?" "just tell me what you are looking for, cause I can get your credit report" This seemed like my last resort and I was done with it all. Big Country took my information, did his sales duty, told me to go outside and look around the lot. When he came back he pointed to a jeep. I asked him was he serious. He said, you came for a vehicle didn't you? I could not believe it, A 2018, brand spanking new perfect color, and monthly payment! payment. Jeep!!! Big country is like a cousin or a long time friend. He was friendly, kind, down to earth, nonjudgmental, very humorous, happy, professional, and gave very good. The transaction did not take very long, but I left there about five hours later because we had so much fun talking to him, the manager, and the rest of the staff. before yo go anywhere else, GO TO SEE BIG COUNTRY AT ATLANTA WEST CHRYSLER DODGE RAM FIRST!!
