Upon arriving to the dealership I had call to see if the car I wanted to look at was there. I spoke to Walter who did a physical check to make sure the car was in fact still for sale. I got there in the afternoon and the car was the same as what was posted online. The exact miles not the usual ### followed by XXX. We talked about the vehicle an also the company itself He even introduced me to the owner. He gave me pricing and also some payment options that they offer. There was no pressure into buying the vehicle or trying to get you to the office like other places. I told him I was going to look at another vehicle and he gave me his business card and told me if I was interested in the car to give him a call, again no pressure in keeping me there or trying to talk me into the vehicle. At the other dealership it was the total opposite I told the gentleman I just wanted information on a couple of vehicles and they began with trying to sell me the first car i was looked at. Long story short I returned to speak with Walter we sat down went over everything again there was no pressure of buying the vehicle he submitted my information to the bank the next day he told me I was approved. I came to see him about 6:30 and the first thing he told me was" I want you to drive the car before we go any further because i am not gonna let you buy something if you don't like how it feels and drives."drove the car was everything I thought it was an by 7:30 I was off in my new car. So to sum it all up I gave Walter and Cal west motors the rating for the professionalism that the he had the pressure free environment they use when it comes to buying a car an also for putting me in my new car. I found the car i was looking for on Craigslist from Cal West Motors. Went in, met Mike. He was friendly and helpful as can be. I told him I was there to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan and he took me right to it West Motors. Went in, met Mike. He was friendly and helpful as can be. I told him I was there to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan and he took me right to it, showed me around the whole car inside and out. Showed me how to use and store the fold flat seats which is one of the reasons I wanted it. Just for kicks showed me the other minivans they had for comparison. Took me for a test drive in the Caravan and he had me drive on a very nice route that gave me enough time to get a feel for it and see its performance. Longer story short, got me financing through one of their lenders. Before i left with the minivan, they took my picture that appeared on a free calendar they sent me (which I love). I am truly a happy customer and recommend Cal West Motors to everyone who asks about my Caravan. More

I have now purchased two cars from Cal West Motors. Both times I received amazing customer service and was glad to come back to buy my second car from them. With the first car that I bought I also made my m times I received amazing customer service and was glad to come back to buy my second car from them. With the first car that I bought I also made my monthly payment to them, I went in every month and every one was always friendly. Matt was the sales guy who sold me my 2010 Chevy Malibu in May 2013. He was super friendly and made the car buying experience enjoyable. Upon arriving i had called to make shure the the truck i was interested in was still avail. Since i was driving 1hr to look at a truck. I was ashured it was. Before we headed out the sales men Walter assisted me with an underhood inspection and braught me a napkin for checking the oil to wipe the dipstick. The drive was a good one, i was able to take it on the freeway and the drive in town wasnt too short. I got a good feel for the truck. The truck was a low milage for the year, chevy turbo diesel. The truck was quality. Brakes were good, alighnment was right, interior was n excelent condition. Everything described on the calwest web site was accurate there were no surprises. As in the description the truck was maintained and well cared for, the carfax had backed this up and it proven to be a quality truck. When negotiating i expressed my concerns about financing and what i had to work with, walters answer " its my job to get you the best deal i can, i cant control the apr thats all according to your credit score, and up to the bank". Walter did just what he said, he was honest n did his job. He showed me a couple options n choices n plain black and white? The approvals were just shy out of my reach but After an hr. talking with a few banks walter approched me with an offer. The offer not only beat what i was expecting, but i believe walter went to bat for me n the fight for a fair deal against the banks since this was the 3rd deal the banks had sent. Although it was a long waiting process, it was worth it. I ended up with a quality truck, and a payment im comfortable with. If i had to gripe about something or find something negative id have to say there were only one set of keys and the keyfob didnt work ( i didnt notice till i got home). However i highly recomend go see walter at calwest motors for an honest buying experiance. Visit calwest they have clean quality used cars and trucks. More
