You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end up having to go there. An oil change takes 1.5 hours because they don't touch your car for 30 minutes even though you make an appointment days in advance. They do not reset life sensors so after they replace a filter you keep getting error messages to keep you having to make appointments. They literally did not touch my car for 24 hours one time and didnt even tell me until I called to pick it up. They do not have loaners ever, they claim it is supply chain and other xx but every other brand is back. DO NOT BUY CADILLAC - SERVICE IS HORRIBLE More

Brought the car back next day and was first told it may be a $500 sensor, then was told they were able to get it working again without replacing the sensor. That same day the gauge began having the same issues. I am very disappointed because I brought my car here for their expertise with Cadillacs and the car is now worse off than when I brought it in for routine service. Everything on this car worked properly before I brought it to Norwood Cadillac. More

She was looking for a base model Escalade but the sales person sold her the highest end model V and was charged a 48% adjusted mark up on her vehicle which was not explicitly disclosed on her purchase contract. When she realized the error of the purchase the very next day, she called the dealership and asked if she could bring the car back. They were unwilling to assist and told her the deal was final. She called again the next day and they told her she could come in and they would discuss a trade in. 8 days after purchase she returned to the dealership only to find her car had lost $73K in value according to the dealership. Her family has contacted the dealership to discuss the transaction and have been told "she signed the contract, so too bad." In summary, if you are looking to purchase a Cadillac we recommend Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield. They were kind enough to inform us that while adjusted mark-ups are typical in the current market, for the vehicle our mother purchased the mark-up should have been 30% which is a far cry from the 48% mark-up in Norwood. He refused to show it to me until he collected information. I explained that I was not interested in a test drive as I was pressed for time. He refused to show me the vehicle. I walked out. Upon further investigation, I found out there was no General Manager for the Cadillac or Aston Martin dealership. Also, Aston Martin Boston had “moved” to Norwood on this one campus. The writing on the wall indicates the Aston Martin portion of the dealership is struggling. I then walked on the lot and saw the vehicle was very dirty—unbelievable for a $115,000 car. Buyer beware! 2 days agoNEW Thank you to Cadillac of Norwood. The sales consultant Al, manager Alex and finance Omar we’re professional, friendly and most of all they made us feel comfortable with this purchase. The sales consultant Al, manager Alex and finance Omar we’re professional, friendly and most of all they made us feel comfortable with this purchase. I traded in my wrangler I had for 12 years and bought a coupe. I was pretty nervous and they made it a stress free transaction. Took care of a couple things I asked for as well. Touch up was a bit lacking but I can live with it. Thank you! I highly recommend to ask for Al if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle. More
I recently just purchased a car through Cadillac Norwood and it was one of the best experiences I have had getting a car. I worked with Al Piacitelli and he was great. He is very friendly and helpful. I got and it was one of the best experiences I have had getting a car. I worked with Al Piacitelli and he was great. He is very friendly and helpful. I got the feeling he was more concerned with making sure I was having a good experience than selling me a car. He made the process as enjoyable as possible. The rest of the team is also great. Omar in finance explained everything clearly and was very helpful answering my questions. Great dealership, ask for Al! More

The first t Very disappointed with service, poor communication. I had to bring my car in 4 times for the same warranty repair before it was fixed. The first time they made the appointment for the wrong day, they rescheduled 2 weeks later, I waited 1 1/2 hours to be told the technician that troubleshoots that issue was out and the would call to set up another appointment. They never called, I called back after a week and made a third appointment. They ordered the wrong part and again I waited 1 1/2 to be told they would have to reorder the part. Again they said they’d call me when the part comes in to make an appointment. After 2 weeks I called them only to find out the part was sitting there. The service writer was on vacation so no one called me. After 4 appointments and waiting over 6 hours in the waiting room it was finally fixed. In November I ordered some accessories from Cadillac and paid to have them installed. Shipped to the dealer in November. They sent an email the dealer would call to setup an appointment. Early December I called them. They claimed they were never sent. Service blamed the Parts Department. Spoke with the Parts Department, said the parts were there for a week and Service should have contacted me already. They transferred me to Service who put me on hold 3 times before hanging up on me. Called back they couldn’t schedule an appointment for a month. Was supposed to go there tomorrow but they called to say they’ve had a Covid outbreak and can’t reschedule for 4 weeks. Almost 3 months to get some accessories installed. The work I have had done there has been done very well, it just takes forever to get it done and communication both internally and with the customer is poor in general and you can’t count on them to call when they say they will.
