Cadillac Village was not the first dealership I went to when shopping for a car. My experience with the initial salesman was not what I expected. After I stopped by the dealership and met Al, the experience was entirely different than my first. Al was very friendly and receptive as well as professional right from the beginning. Despite being a young adult, he realized I was serious about buying a car and expected to be treated as such. Al was very straight-forward with everything we discussed and I could tell he enjoyed his job. Al treated me more like I was a regular customer of the dealership when in fact it was the first time I'd ever been there. Overall Al made sure the process was as quick and easy as possible. He also made sure I was well taken care of during downtime. In a matter of a few hours I was able to drive away in a new car. The overall experience was a great one. Not only did Al win my sales business, I'll be certain to return for all service needs in the future. More

Buying a car from Norwood Cadillac was easy. They didn’t play any games. My saleswoman Sharon Allard was laid back and easy going. There were no high pressure tactics. We took the car out for the day and when we returned there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that this was the car I wanted. Sharon was great, she addressed all my concerns that I had with the car and communicated with me throughout the whole process. When I picked up the car, Sharon spent over an hour getting me familiar with the features and options of the CTS. Doug was my salesman and was very helpful in picking the right vehicle. He explained not only all the standard features but took the time to explain the different option packages so I could make an informed right vehicle. He ensured the vehicle was ready the next day and went through all the key features so I became familiarized with the vehicle quickly. Mike was also very helpful with explaining all of the different rebate and incentive bonuses and his advice actually help me save money.
