I do not understand how, with an appointment scheduled for 8 AM, that it would take more than 2 hours to hear that my rear brakes needed to be replaced and then over 2 more hours to do the work. I understand that shops can be busy, but when I arrived there were very few people waiting, and as I looked through into the shop itself, it did not seem that there were a huge number of vehicles being worked on. I understand that drop-offs and other vehicles already on-site can contribute mightily to staff engagement with repairs, but my point remains the same. Don't take any "Wait" appointments for anything other than oil changes or computer scan diagnostics. More
