! !!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS !!!!!!!! I would like to start off my saying I DO NOT HAVE ANY FUTURE PLANS OF DEALING WITH CADILLAC OF NORWOOD. About !!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS !!!!!!!! I would like to start off my saying I DO NOT HAVE ANY FUTURE PLANS OF DEALING WITH CADILLAC OF NORWOOD. About a couple weeks ago, I had gone in the dealership in search for a new car. Upon talking and looking around with my husband we had finally found the one that caught my eyes a brand new 2024 ESCALADE. Not thinking much of it, we grew a passion for the car and wanted to call it ours. Once time came to pick up the car we had noticed that there were a couple dings and dents all over the car, which I most definitely brought to there attention as I was buying a BRAND NEW $130k Escalade. They were able to get those taken care of for me. After I got notified that my vehicle was ready, I had officially picked up my car. About a few days to a week after I had picked up my car, I had taken it to a window tint shop to get it tinted, where they brought it to my attention that one of the Windows were all scratched up, and two doors interior trim was also damaged . I took my vehicle back to Cadillac and once again, brought this up to there attention. What shocked me next was how SARCASTICALLY one of the manager's name RODRIGO told me that I should tint out all my other windows and just leave the damage window with no tint as the Dealership weren't going to do anything about my window. If we had truly damaged the window, I wouldn't have felt the anger that I felt that day, but considering its a brand-new vehicle I didn't think I had to inspect to make sure there's no damages to it. This has ruined my experience with this dealer in particular and will not be looking forward to dealing with them again. THANK YOU More
TL;DR: The sales people are probably fine, but their practices leave you the typical dreadful experience we associate with car dealers, plus they don't report EV sales to the IRS properly (as of 5/24/20 practices leave you the typical dreadful experience we associate with car dealers, plus they don't report EV sales to the IRS properly (as of 5/24/2024) so we may not get the federal tax credits (I called IRS and was told so). This was about a used Chevy Bolt. During the negotiation, the sales person confirmed a deal of $500 off their listing price after talking with his manager. We were about to do the paperwork, when they tried to walk back on pricing twice, for $100-300. I only put up with this nonsense because I had stupidly let them stretch the whole process too long and I didn't want to drive to the next dealer in my list, which was my mistake and foreshadowed the second, still unresolved issue: Before the purchase, we confirmed several times that they knew the new IRS reporting rule that requires EV sales in 2024 to be reported within 3 days to the new Energy Credits Online portal. We were assured this would be done. However, despite our extreme efforts over >6 weeks with >60 phone calls and emails, we still haven't received the report... They are still using the old form 15400 for 2023, which my phone call to the IRS confirmed wouldn't qualify the sale for the federal tax credits, putting all their EV buyers at risk if they claim the credits next year. I was initially pleased after getting my car at this dealership but they totally abandoned me. With less than 70,000 miles, it developed a problem with the traction control. The Norwood techs were not a dealership but they totally abandoned me. With less than 70,000 miles, it developed a problem with the traction control. The Norwood techs were not able to fix, let alone diagnose it despite three attempts. They kept saying they were not getting any error codes, and could not replicate the issues I reported. I provided them with the codes that I had received but it still did no good. Worse yet, I could not get Norwood to even respond to my calls and emails as the issues continued. It's ridiculous. I spent more than $85,000 here and they just took the money and ran. They have turned me against Cadillac forever. More

My salesman was Al,and he was great !! When it came down to the valuation of my trade in ,not great. I was a bit put out about the valuation because the person ?? who did the value on my car, didn't even go out to look at it.How is it possible to valuate a car for trade without inspecting it ?? Does that mean that every car, same yr. and same make and model all have the same valuation ??? I don't think so. Very disappointed as I did want to buy a car today !! More

This has been by far the worst car buying experience of my life. Traded in our 15 Escalade for a newer model. After trade we realized we had left some personal property in the vehicle. We were repeatedly t my life. Traded in our 15 Escalade for a newer model. After trade we realized we had left some personal property in the vehicle. We were repeatedly told the property wasn't in the vehicle. It wasn't until we were going to get the authority's involved that said property was suddenly found and returned. We were given a loan with a 9% Apr while having a 830 credit score. Had to except this rate in order to leave with new vehicle . Refied and got a 4.5% rate from a local lender. After returning to have a defective screen replaced under a writen promise to repair, I inquired about the second key the sales rep said he was going to get for me and was told it couldn't be found. At that time salesman told.me they were going to make me another key free of charge and to get back in touch with the in a few weeks to schedule a time to come in. When I contacted them to set up the service I was told they would make us a new key but it would be at our expense. When I explained to them what I have just written. I was then told they would get back to me. Well after many text with out a response for over a week, here we are. I have contacted my sales rep atleast 10 times without a single response. I hope this helps someone in the future. If they say they will do anything, make sure you get it in writing because once they have your money you are an After thought More

This is my 3rd Cadillac car in 10 years and it will be my last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end up having to go there. An oil change takes 1.5 hours because they don't touch your car for 30 minutes even though you make an appointment days in advance. They do not reset life sensors so after they replace a filter you keep getting error messages to keep you having to make appointments. They literally did not touch my car for 24 hours one time and didnt even tell me until I called to pick it up. They do not have loaners ever, they claim it is supply chain and other xx but every other brand is back. DO NOT BUY CADILLAC - SERVICE IS HORRIBLE More

Brought the car back next day and was first told it may be a $500 sensor, then was told they were able to get it working again without replacing the sensor. That same day the gauge began having the same issues. I am very disappointed because I brought my car here for their expertise with Cadillacs and the car is now worse off than when I brought it in for routine service. Everything on this car worked properly before I brought it to Norwood Cadillac. More
