During the holidays, our service schedule can become unusually busy with a high number of vehicles already onsite, drop-offs, and repairs in progress, which can extend wait times even when the lobby appears calm. That said, we never want you to feel your time isn’t valued, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. For appointments that may take longer such as brake repairs, we do offer a shuttle service, Lyft transportation, and loaner vehicles so our customers don’t have to wait or be inconvenienced. We’re happy to arrange any of these options on your next visit. Your feedback helps us improve how we communicate expected repair times and how we manage “wait” appointments.
